Based on the investigation of literatures and considering the background of Wuqiang oilfield, It has found the main factors on the corrosion of oil well by analysing factors causing corrosion such as oilfield water and associated gas,temperature and so on. According to the severity of corrosion, the oil wells were divided.then the Anti-corrosion oil program was bore which was adding corrosion inhibitor.According to corrosion mechanism and the reasons caused the corrosion,it has studied several corrosion inhibitor from different factories and determined the amount of corrosion inhibitor and what kind of corrosion inhibitor was feasible. The corrosion inhibitor was detected in the real environment.The main conclusions are as follows:1. The major factors affecting Wuqiang water produced by oil prodution is the high Salinity(cl" mainly) and High-CO2 acidic corrosive gas. Cl-—CO2—H2O Acid corrosion of water body was bore.2. Indoor corrosion test results showed that at the same temperature conditions, A3 steel corrosion of steel corrosion is greater than N80.3. The overall trend of the temperature, depth and corrosion rate in the oilfield was with the increased of oil well deep and temperature, the corrosion rate increased gradually.4. In the different moisture conditions, corrosion rate of Some wells are as follows: Moisture content≤40%, Low corrosion;corrosion rate<0.0845 mm/a; Moisture content in 50%-70%, the corrosion rate increases when the content of water elevate; Moisture content >70%, the corrosive stabilized, Basically at the maximum corrosion in the oil system.5. Wuqiang oilfield is divided into three kinds of Corrosion areas:very severe corrosion areas,Severe corrosion areas and corrosion areas.6. According to the economy and feasibility, it developed that adding corrosion inhibitor was the best solution.7. After doing the Screening Test of corrosion inhibitor, two corrosion inhibitors named HUASHE KS-1 and SHENYAGN MY-871GH1 are the best.8. Oilfield named Q60 and Q19-33 adding HUASHE KS-1 were detected during 3 months, the result shows that corrosion rate has achieved the technical requirements.The research results can direct Wuqiang oilfield to prevent corrosion of oil well, It also can be quoted by other oilfield in corrosion prevention of oilwell.
