In recent years,the application of actuators in artificial muscles,bionic equipment and information encryption has attracted a lot of attention.However,most of the actuators only respond to a single stimulus with small transformation and rough control which is not suitable for the actual environment with complicated factors,and the common double-layer structure actuators usually have poor mechanical properties.Consequently,we designed a double-layer actuator based on MXene composites,which responds to both photothermal and humidity stimulation.The actuator has excellent photothermal conversion performance and good mechanical properties.The actuator is highly sensitive to moisture and near-infrared light(NIR)with a considerable amount of deformation.Then we designed a photothermal response actuator with integrated thermochromic function based on PU/PNIPAM/MXene composites and PP film.The specific works are as follows:(1)The bilayer actuator(MPP)was prepared by PVDF substrate with MXene,PEDOT:PSS and PVA composites,which is highly sensitive to humidity and NIR.On the one hand,PEDOT:PSS and PVA molecular chains intercalated into MXene lamellae,which increased the space for water molecules.On the other hand,the combination of the three materials gives the actuator abundant functional groups,which improves the performance of the actuator.The actuator has good mechanical properties,and it still maintains a considerable amount of deformation after 50 cycles.In addition,thanks to the unique structure of MXene,the actuator has good photothermal conversion performance and the heating speed is up to 15?/s.Finally,the simulation of the dynamic process of plant flowering was made by the actuator film,and an intelligent curtain was designed to automatically switch against sunny and rainy days.This is of great significance to the development of actuator in bionic soft actuator.(2)The photothermal stimulation actuator with integrated thermochromic function was prepared by using PP film soaked in PCDA solution as substrate and MXene,PU and PNIPAM composites as the actuating layer.The actuator has excellent photothermal conversion and good conductivity with the heating rate is 10?/s,and also has good cycle stability for photothermal actuation.The actuator can undergo a blue to red color change under NIR.We designed an intelligent switch by using NIR to remote control actuator turning on or off light.In addition,we designed a mechanical arm which can lift objects,and the manipulator can lift objects with 5 times of its own weight.It is important to integrate the visual signal feedback function into the actuator.
