With the development of the age,low noise,high comfort and high stability have become the new requirements for tires.Therefore,relevant tire manufacturers have invested energy in the research of high-performance tires.Vulcanization,as a key phase to endow tire important performance,plays a very important role in the research of high performance tire.At the same time,the improvement of tire vulcanization process is also related to the green and energy saving of tire production industry.The traditional vulcanization method adopts capsule vulcanization,which has the problems of low heat transfer rate,high heat loss,low energy utilization and high maintenance cost.This research relies on high-performance tire direct pressure vulcanization technology,using electromagnetic induction heating instead of traditional heating methods to achieve the separation of temperature and pressure control,while improving the uniformity of tire heating and curing rate.In view of the fact that the current arrangement of electromagnetic induction coil can not fully meet the temperature demand of each part of tire during vulcanization,the coil arrangement is improved.Combined with the new coil arrangement,the temperature trend of each side during vulcanization was analyzed,and the relevant temperature control process was summarized.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A segmented coil arrangement method is proposed.The COMSOL software is used to analyze the influence of the coil magnetic field on the temperature of the drum tile from various aspects such as the direction of the coil magnetic field and the installation position of the coil.It is proposed that the single-segment coil is divided into multiple small-segment coils and placed on the upper,middle,and lower drum tiles.Through simulation,it is obtained that the overall temperature of the drum under the new arrangement method increases significantly while maintaining good temperature uniformity.(2)Through simulation,the tire inner surface temperature trend under the new coil distribution is obtained,and the turn ratio of the middle coil to the two ends was adjusted to be 3:4.Analyzing the heating trend of the tire inner surface under different coil arrangements,the results show that the heating rate at the crown of the tire under the new coil arrangement is increased by about 40%,and the remaining part is increased by about 20%.The intermittent heating process is proposed,according to the temperature distribution trend of the inner surface of the tire after stopping heating under the new coil arrangement.(3)The appropriate temperature measurement point is selected in accordance with the requirements of the heating process.Proposes the use of fuzzy control method for controlling the bonding temperature PID control,the fuzzy PID control parameters based on the current dynamic regulation of the temperature difference between the target temperature and heating rate,and complete the fuzzy control parameter settings.The design uses PLC to complete the above-mentioned temperature control system.
