With the booming development of automobile industry,higher requirements for tire products are put forward.Under the background of strengthening the innovation system and strengthening the strategy of science and technology,we should promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial technology of tire manufacturing and develop high-end products.The vulcanization step is the final step of the tire manufacturing process.It directly determines the quality of the product.The conventional vulcanization process adopts a capsule structure and steam heating method,resulting in a large temperature difference between the tire upper and lower mold,affecting tire performance,and the service life of the capsule is low.The process consumes a lot of energy and the vulcanization cost is high.Based on the single-mode direct pressure vulcanization prototype,this paper designs a new lock mechanism and optimizes the important parts of the whole machine by optimizing the design.At the same time,the direct pressure vulcanization process was developed by combining the existing process,and the experiment was carried out with the method of electromagnetic heating.The efficiency of vulcanization is improved,and the comprehensive cost of curing process is greatly reduced.(1)According to the technical principle of the direct pressure vulcanization process,a key component brake mechanism matched with the prototype is designed.The size parameters of the mechanism were determined,a new transmission mechanism of the brake was designed,and the drawing of the two-dimensional map was completed.The kinematics simulation was performed using ADAMS to determine the structure of the design with good synchronization and rationality.(2)Combining with the existing prototype problems and industrialization requirements,the important components of the complete machine are optimized for lightweight design.Based on the ANSYS Workbench static analysis of the whole machine,it was found that there are problems with the components,coupled with the UG to re-establish the model,the shape of the upper and lower box optimization analysis,the top of the support using topology optimization analysis.At the same time,the optimized component structure is simplified compared to the original and the process manufacturing cost is saved,laying the foundation for the industrialization of the double-die direct-pressure vulcanizing machine.(3)The direct pressure vulcanization electromagnetic heating scheme is designed,including the inner mold structure,the outer mold structure and the upper and lower body hot plates.The heating scheme of the hot plate reel winding type and magnetic core winding type was contrasted,and the temperature measurement experiment of the core winding type heating scheme was carried out.The results show that by controlling the number and distance of the magnetic core,the temperature distribution can be effectively controlled,and a stable temperature field can be formed.(4)The process conditions of direct pressure vulcanization were designed,and the experiment of temperature measurement of tire was carried out on the prototype,and compared with the original capsule process.The results show that the direct pressure process has a more rapid heating rate and reduces the temperature difference between the upper and lower mold temperature points.By calculating the equivalent vulcanization time and the degree of vulcanization,it can be found that the key point for vulcanization of the 255/30R22 tire is the shoulder.The direct pressure process improves the degree of vulcanization of the various parts of the rubber to bring it closer to the optimum range,improves the quality of the tires,and formulates the process to meet the actual production requirements.At the same time,direct pressure technology has the economic advantages of saving energy,reducing costs and pollution,and is suitable for industrialization.
