At the beginning of 2020,a new type of coronavirus pneumonia broke out worldwide and it is still very serious.The rapid spread of the epidemic and the high fatality rate have promoted the massive demand for antibacterial and antiviral disinfectants.However,the disinfectants on the market generally have the following three problems:(1)There are few disinfectants with antibacterial and antiviral at the same time,(2)The antibacterial and antiviral properties of various disinfectants are uneven,(3)There is a lack of rapid detection methods for the antibacterial and antiviral properties of disinfectants.Nano-titanium dioxide(TiO2)is a new type of antibacterial agent,which can act on most pathogenic bacteria and has no toxic side effects on the human body.In order to significantly improve the antibacterial properties of nano-titanium dioxide,the nano-titanium dioxide was modified to prepare atomic clusters of nano-titanium dioxide,and the antibacterial and antiviral properties of the modified nano-titanium dioxide were measured:(1)against Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli(E.coli),the gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)and the fungus Candida albicans(C.albicans),the minimum inhibitory concentrations of these three typical pathogenic bacteria are 0.40%,0.44%and 0.50%,respectively.(2)It is determined that the D/E neutralization broth meets the requirements,(3)Concentration and action time are the conditions that affect the antibacterial performance of the antibacterial agent,(4)It can be reused,and its antibacterial rate is still after 5 times of sterilization.Keep it above 99%,(5)20%concentration of atomic cluster nano-titanium dioxide stock solution can achieve 99.9%killing effect of coronavirus(GX-P2V)in 1 minute.In order to establish a rapid detection method for the antibacterial properties of nano-titanium dioxide clusters of antibacterial agents,the relationship between the antibacterial properties of nano-titanium dioxide clusters and changes in electrochemical open-circuit potential was initially explored:(1)Antibacterial agents with different dilutions and different bacterial concentrations Measure the change of open circuit potential of the bacterial species,(2)Measure the change of open circuit potential in the electrochemical workstation immediately after mixing the antibacterial agent with the bacterial suspension,measure and discuss the change of open circuit potential of the antibacterial agent at different sterilization times,(3)The electrochemical performance changes of neutralized products with different neutralization times were measured and discussed.(4)The open circuit potential changes of the antibacterial agent,the bacterial suspension,and the product of the two effects for 1 h were measured and compared.
