Some of bacteria and other microorganisms bring help to human beings,while a small number of microorganisms also cause various problems to human beings,especially in the field of medical and health,microorganisms on the surface of medical implants.Adhesion accumulation provides a possible subsequent breeding growth.The conventional antibacterial mode is relying on the release of certain inorganic metal ions or directly killing bacteria with antibiotics.There is less than 100%guaranteed in stability and ions,and the researchers have been developing new antibacterial materials.Constantly innovation on the road.Chiral phenomenon has long since its life,bacteria and other microorganisms have also been found to have "chiral identification",but the research report on chiral antibacterial materials is relatively small,so improved in chiral antibacterial materials.Investment,for the development of antibacterial materials,there is an important significance to reduce unnecessary microbial infections.The borneol has been in nature for a long time,and many plants contain such ingredients or their derivatives,with anti-inflammatory,antibacterial effects.1-decanol has the same number of carbon atoms as borneol,which can form a linear contrast with borneol.In order to fix borneol and 1-decanol on the surface of quartz resonator,borneol-p-aldehyde-benzoate(FAB)was synthesized by one-step esterification of borneol and 1-decanol,The target product was successfully synthesized by a series of characterization methods such as 1H-NMR,FT-IR and CD.The successful grafting of small molecular compounds on the wafer surface was proved by macroscopic or microscopic methods such as water contact angle.Further,the grafted wafer is mounted on the quartz crystal microfales,comparing the adhesion of the surface of different crystals.The main findings are as follows:1.L-borneol,D-borneol and 1-decanol were synthesized and grafted onto Mercaptoethylamine modified silica gold wafer.2.The evaluation methodology of quartz microbalance was constructed by using the unique culture cell module to stabilize the system parameters.3.Under the existing conditions,the evaluation results showed that there was no significant difference in the interaction between bacteria and the surface of two chiral borneol molecules,but there was a difference in the interaction between the bicyclic structure of borneol and the linear structure of decanol.
