In recent years, antibacterial material catches more and more attentions. With the mechanism and the dangerous of microorganisms being more and more known by people, the antibacterial materials have been concerned more as well. Therefore, there are much more researches and requirement of them. On the other hand, the smug are worse, bacterial could attached onto those ashes, it is a big healthy problem to us. To summary up, a bacterial interception material is a demand. To manufacture the antibacterial material, we present here for the first time the design, preparation and great antifungal activity of graphene oxide-borneol (GOB) composite that mainly utilize bases on carbon stereochemistry to realize its antifungal property. Borneol is modified on graphene oxide (GO) sheet through an esterification reaction by GO-carboxyl (GOC) which virtues of thiomalic acid, where 4-methylbenzenesulfonic acid is used as catalyst. The main result is below:1. The final material GOB has completely compounded.2. The antifungal adhesion capability is outstanding.3. GOB has minimal cytotoxicity as well.4. We first demonstrate the role of chiral stereochemistry on fungi and adhesion interaction. For chitosan and grapheme oxide compound, we design and manufacture GOCS aerogel and then to test its liquid contact and gas interception antibacterial function. The main result is as follows:1. Chitosan and graphene oxide compound tobe aquogel, then freeze-dry it to produce GOCS aerogel. The aerogel has smooth surface, inseparable structure and easy manufacture.2. GOCS aerogel owns great liquid contact antibacterial ability.3. GOCS aerogel owns magnificent gas interception antibacterial function.
