Camellia oleifera is a high-quality woody oilseed with high nutritional value.The development of woody oilseed industry such as camellia has become one of the important ways to alleviate the shortage of edible oil in China at this stage.Fresh camellia fruit has a high water content,and the storage time after picking is very short.If it is not treated in time,it will easily be moldy and deteriorate,which will affect the yield and quality of camellia oil.Therefore,it is important to study the quality of dried camellia oleifera and camellia seed to treat the quality and yield of camellia oil.In the process of processing camellia oleifera,a large amount of crop waste is generated.Most of these wastes are treated by incineration,which not only pollutes the air but also wastes resources.Based on related research at home and abroad,this paper designs experiments,conducts data analysis,and uses camellia oleifera as the research object,using controlled variable method,comparative analysis,single factor test and other methods to conduct material property testing,camellia oleifera dry drying,and tea seed The thin-layer hot-air drying test,the preparation of biochar from camellia oleifera and Camellia oleifera seed husks and their adsorption to tetracycline have obtained the best process for the initial processing of camellia oleifera and the reuse of waste produced by camellia oleifera.The main research contents and results are as follows:The material properties of camellia oleifera are measured and calculated,and data processing and analysis are performed using statistical methods to obtain the composition of camellia oleifera fruit,the moisture content of each part,the triaxial dimensions of camellia oleifera major axis 1,short axis s,height h The average size is 32.79mm,30.60mm,31.75 mm;the arithmetic average diameter is 31.71 mm,the geometric average diameter is 31.67 mm,the sphericity is 96.73%,and the camellia fruit is divided into three levels according to the size of the long axis.The triaxial size distribution law of camellia oleifera seeds is normal distribution,the weight of 1000 kernels is 2389.0g,the density is 1.07 × 103 kg/m3 is greater than the density of water,and the density of camellia oleifera is 0.94 ×103 kg/m3 is less than the density of water.The average maximum shearing force of Camellia oleifera under shearing force is 87.2 N,and the average maximum shearing force of Camellia oleifera seeds under shearing force is 453.3 N.Aiming at the two stages of the design of camellia oleifera fruit and the drying of camellia oleifera seeds in the process of camellia oleifera processing,the best method of camellia oleifera fruit Depupu and thin-layer hot air drying of camellia oleifera seeds were obtained.A comparative analysis method was used to study the effects of hot air drying,heat pump drying and microwave drying on camellia oleifera fruit depuxing.hour.A thin layer drying test of camellia seed hot air was carried out,and it was concluded that the temperature has a crucial effect on the drying of camellia seed,but the wind speed is not large.According to the Arrhenius equation,the effective diffusion coefficient of camellia oleifera seeds at different temperatures is obtained,and then the dry activation energy of camellia oleifera seeds is calculated as Ea=21.3237 kJ/mol,and the drying data is fitted to the model to obtain the hot air drying model of camellia oleifera seeds,MR=exp {(0.00620.0002T)t},this model can be applied to the actual processing and production of camellia seed to predict the change of water content in each time period during the drying process of camellia seed.Two kinds of biochar were prepared by using camellia oleifera and camellia oleifera seed shells as raw materials.The effect of impregnation ratio,pyrolysis temperature and time on the effect of carbon production was studied by a single-factor test method,and adsorption kinetics and thermodynamic tests were carried out.The optimal preparation process of two camellia biochars was the phosphoric acid impregnation ratio 1:2,pyrolysis temperature 400?,pyrolysis time 1h,and the best camellia Pupu-based biochar and the best camellia seed-based biochar were prepared.The best specific surface area of camellia oleifera biochar is 2841.82 m2/g,and the pore size is 2.33 nm.The best camellia seed-based biochar is 1988.18 m2/g,and the pore size is 8.24 nm.Compared with the raw materials,the chemical bonds and surface functional groups of biochar are significantly reduced,and there are only a few chemical bonds of-OH,C=C,C=O,and Si-O.Both the best biochars were graphitized,and the degree of graphitization of camellia seed shell-based biochar was higher than that of camellia oleifera biochar.Using ammonium persulfate to modify the best camellia oleifera biochar can increase the adsorption of tetracycline by 9.48%.
