| This paper aims at the products manufactured by Jiaxing Shengmao Machinery and equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd and finally exported to Guernsey,England,on the basis of systematic study and digestion of GE company’s technical data,The design and manufacture technology and quality control method are optimized.The thesis mainly carries on the following four aspects work:(1)The process structure of the gas turbine inlet housing is analyzed,and the manufacturing process and existing production experience of the three components of the housing shell,diffuser and bottom support steel structure are analyzed in detail,and the optimization objectives and quality control requirements of the products are clarified.(2)Study the optimization method of gas turbine intake housing layout.Through theoretical analysis,the principles and steps of material specification selection and typesetting design are put forward.Based on this,three key components of gas turbine intake housing are analyzed.The overall material utilization ratio of gas turbine intake housing is over 78%by optimizing the design of shell splicing scheme,central diffuser and vertebral body material selection,and supporting steel structure integral typesetting.(3)Research on welding process optimization of gas turbine intake housing is carried out,with emphasis on the optimum processing method of three components:①The welding heat is transferred to the reinforced profile by adjusting the weld placement of the intake housing shell,thus reducing the instability deformation of the shell plate caused by processing.②By optimizing the welding sequence and process,the longitudinal shrinkage and deformation of the central diffuser welding process is solved,and the qualified rate of the product is improved.□ The welding precision of supporting steel structure is improved by reverse deformation control.(4)To apply the theoretical research results to the practice of enterprise product engineering and to carry out typesetting design and welding process optimization tests in the actual manufacturing process.The data before and after the optimization of shell,diffuser and bottom support steel structure are analyzed and compared respectively.The results show that the optimization has achieved remarkable results in improving material utilization ratio,reducing processing hours and reducing manufacturing cost. |
