Improper ventilation systems are responsible for 60%of major accidents in China's coal mines.Once a fire occurs in the roadway,it is difficult to see the spatial topological structure of the ventilation system and the dynamic change of smoke flow from the engineering plan.Therefore,it is of great significance for fire rescue and disaster relief to display the distribution of smoke flow in the 3d model of mine ventilation system during the fire period and study the planning scheme of smoke flow discharge path.In this paper,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation technology and laboratory experiments,smoke flow spreading law,discharge path planning and smoke flow control technology of mine fire are studied.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,the smoke flow spreading process in the roadway was studied from three perspectives of temperature,fire wind pressure and smoke flow concentration,and the corresponding mathematical model was established.The simulation of smoke flow process in the 3d model of the ventilation system in the whole mine scale was realized on the 3d platform of the mine ventilation system.Secondly,the slope,temperature and pressure difference of roadway are determined as the coefficient of equivalent length of roadway considering the flow of smoke during fire.The depth first algorithm combined with the wind speed at the entrance of the roadway was used to solve the optimal smoke exhaust path during the fire period.Then,the remote throttle control function is designed and realized on the threedimensional mine ventilation system platform.The control scheme is determined by numerical simulation of the fire smoke flow control model using Pyrosim software.The feasibility of the control system and the control scheme is proved by experiments in the laboratory small-size ventilation system.Finally,the bayangaole coal mine in Inner Mongolia is taken as the simulation object to analyze the external fire hazard sources.It is assumed that fire occurs in the main transport roadway of 13 panels and the transport passage of 311305 working face respectively,and the flow of fire smoke in the ventilation system is studied.The optimal exhaust path of fire smoke in the main transport roadway of 13 panels is planned.Finally,three types and ten exhaust paths are planned according to different target nodes.So that the smoke flow can be in the shortest time to the maximum extent out of the well.The research above has strong practical significance to control the smoke flow propagation in ventilation network of mine fire.Figure[52]Table[6]Reference[70]...
