At present,most of the mining chargers use silicon controlled rectification technology,through the main circuit of the industrial frequency transformer plus threephase semi-controlled rectification circuit.This kind of charger has been relatively backward in technology,there is a large energy loss,large volume,maintenance is extremely inconvenient,power factor and efficiency are low,shorten the life of the battery,pollution grid and other shortcomings.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the performance of mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe chargers.This topic takes a 50kW three-level inverter mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe charger project of a company as the background,and designs and develops a mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe charger,the main research has the following parts:(1)Develop and design a single-phase full-bridge inverter circuit with three-level topology suitable for mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe chargers,replacing the existing BUCK converter circuit and H-bridge converter circuit,reducing the weight and volume of the main circuit transformer and peripheral devices to achieve a lightweight design of the charger,while also having the advantages of withstanding larger input voltages and better suppression or handling of high-frequency harmonics.(2)The charging working method of the mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe charger that can be used in the mine environment is studied.Based on the detection and analysis processing of the battery voltage and charging current,then the DSP chip TMS320LF2406 is used as the control core to realize the variable current intermittent fast charging method,so that the battery can achieve the best charging effect.(3)The circuit of mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe charger is designed,the parameters of the main components of the circuit are calculated,and the devices of each part of the main circuit are selected,and the circuit boards of power supply module,control module and drive module are developed.Finally,the performance test and charging test were conducted,and the target of 50kW rated output power of the charger was achieved.The mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe charger designed in this topic achieves the goal of high power output through three-phase rectifier circuit,three-level inverter circuit and high-frequency rectifier circuit.Then the DSP chip TMS320LF2406 is used as the control core,and the intelligent charging control unit is adopted to realize the variable current intermittent fast charging method.Figure[44]Table[8]Reference[71]...
