This paper is based on the design of the air curtain dust removal system with the design of the anchoring and anchoring unit.The system is characterized by solving the large amount of dust generated by the double cutting section of the excavating anchoring unit and can be blocked by the air curtain,forming a “transparent wind wall” without affecting the driver personnel.The normal work.Moreover,while forming the air curtain,the double dust removal air cylinder works,and the dust of the excavation work areacan bedischargedby thenegativepressuretoachievethe effectofdustremoval.In this paper,the principle of air curtain dust removal system and the mechanism of dust generation in tunneling and anchoring units are studied.The structure of wind curtain dust removal system is designed for the anchoring and anchoring unit.In order to test the dust removal effect of the equipment in the section of the excavation anchorage unit,by studying the movement law of the dust,and using the fluid dynamics software Fluent to simulate the actual working conditions,the wind flow state and the dust particle movement trajectory in the tunnel.Change the different parameters of the dust removal system to study its influence on the dust removal effect.The main influencing factors are the air curtain machine positive pressure wind speed,double dust removal air cylinder negative pressure value and double dust removal air cylinder diameter,double dust removal air shaft axial distance bottom plate.Distance,respectively,changes its factors to analyze the results of dust concentration changes.The effect of the diameter of the double dust removal air cylinder,the distance between the axis of the double air cylinder and the bottom plate and the negative pressure of the double dust removal air cylinder on the dust removal effect of the whole system areobtained.The rationality of the dust removal system is demonstrated by numerical simulation results.The parameters of the dust removal air duct determine the dust effect of the dust removal of the section of the anchoring anchorage unit,including the diameter of the double negative pressure cylinder,the vertical position and the negative pressure value.The simulation results show that the dust removal effect is significant within a certain range,and the dust removal effect is worse or worse than the range.The air curtain dust removal system has the characteristics of quick excavation,high efficiency and large dust production for the excavation and anchoring unit.It has obvious control effect on dust and dust,inhibits the spreadofa largeamountofdust,andprotectsthehealthofworkers.
