According to statistics, every year in the world, due to improper storage of grain, the loss caused by microorganisms, pests and other factors can reach 10%to 20%of the total amount,The deterioration and loss of rice can be reduced by controlling the temperature and relative humidity of the rice storage environment. This paper studies the cooling and dehumidification process of dehumidification by adding a solid dehumidifier during low temperature storage of rice, and obtains the temperature suitable for storing rice and which desiccant can be added to achieve the relative humidity suitable for storing rice.First of all, this paper briefly explains the basic properties of rice and desiccant from the theoretical aspect;the process of heat and mass transfer when desiccant is used as a porous medium for adsorption and dehumidification;it is explained that when the porous medium adsorbs water vapor, water vapor is adsorbed the process of.Secondly, experiments were carried out without adding dehumidifier and adding silica gel, calcium chloride,5A molecular sieve and anhydrous lithium chloride dehumidifier respectively at storage temperature conditions of 15?,10? and 5?.The temperature and relative humidity in the warehouse are used to obtain the most suitable working conditions for storing rice. Finally, the simulation is carried out under the same conditions as the experimental conditions, and the suitable storage conditions are obtained by comparing the simulation results.According to the above research methods, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Distribution of relative humidity. In the state of low temperature storage of rice, when no dehumidifier is added, the storage temperature is 15?,10?,and 5?.From the entrance to the back, the relative humidity near the rice pile rises slightly, and then goes backwards. The relative humidity gradually decreases. After adding the dehumidifier, the humidity also increased slightly at the rice piles, and finally decreased and decreased more rapidly at the dehumidifier. In addition, when no dehumidifier was added, the relative humidity at the position of the dehumidifier did not decrease significantly, but after the addition of the dehumidifier, the relative humidity at the position of the dehumidifier decreased more obviously.(2)Dehumidification rate under various working conditions. At three different storage temperatures, with and without dehumidifier, the dehumidification rate was first fast and then slow, and the dehumidification rate was the fastest in the early stage at 15?.(3)The relative humidity in the refrigerator. With or without the addition of a dehumidifier, the relative humidity in the refrigerator at a storage temperature of 15? was lower than that at a storage temperature of 10? and 5?.(4)Comparison of dehumidification effects. When rice is stored at low temperature, the best dehumidification effect in the refrigerator is to add anhydrous lithium chloride dehumidifier, followed by 5A molecular sieve dehumidifier, and other dehumidifiers have different dehumidification advantages and disadvantages at different temperatures,no dehumidification is added. When the agent is used, the relative humidity in the warehouse is the highest. When the storage temperature is 15?,adding anhydrous lithium chloride desiccant can reduce the relative humidity in the warehouse from 90.41%to 29.63%.In this paper, the relative humidity distribution of the solid desiccant in the warehouse was obtained through the study of adding solid desiccant to the paddy refrigerator for dehumidification at different storage temperatures, which has a certain guiding effect on the storage of grain crops such as rice.
