With the continuous increase of mining depth and mechanization level in China's mines,the problem of high temperature heat hazard is becoming more and more prominent.The working environment of high temperature and humidity seriously affects the miners'health and the production efficiency of coal mines,and at the same time buries hidden dangers in the safe production of coal mines.At present,the thermal hazard of coal mines has become one of the six major disasters in the safe production of coal mines.Under the environment of pursuing low energy consumption and high efficiency,exploring new energy-saving and efficient mine cooling system to bring safe and healthy working environment for miners is one of the key research topics for scientific researchers of mining engineering and safety production in various countries.Firstly,in view of the influence of humidity on comfort,the concept of equivalent temperature is introduced into mine cooling,and it is concluded that the comfort of miners can be adjusted by reducing mine humidity,which indirectly reduces the cooling demand of working face.At the same time,the basic principle of solution desiccant regeneration is analyzed,and the theory of solution desiccant regeneration based on mass transfer dynamics is studied.Combining with the mine ventilation system,this paper puts forward the idea of using air thermal energy to control heat hazards,combines the existing dehumidification and regeneration technology with mine ventilation system,studies and explores the feasibility of applying heat pump technology,and designs a mine solution dehumidification and regeneration system based on air energy,which overcomes the problems of low cooling and heat conversion efficiency of traditional air cooler and large cooling loss.The problem is solved and the difficult problem of heat exhaustion of the condenser of the underground environmental refrigerator is solved.In order to improve the dehumidification efficiency of the system,according to the special conditions of deep mines,the performance of the optimum dehumidifier/regenerator was studied experimentally.The performance of solution dehumidification and regeneration of Bauer ring packing,multi-sided hollow sphere packing and Cedeck regular packing under different working conditions was analyzed.The effects of solution dehumidification and regeneration on dehumidification and regeneration efficiency,air outlet temperature and humidity were compared.In order to obtain that the Celdek corrugated packing is the optimum packing for dehumidifier in mine heading face,the optimum air volume is between 2.8m/s and 3.6m/s.The Bauer ring packing and the optimum air volume are 3.2m/s for the restorer.The selection of these two packing not only has high dehumidification efficiency,but also has high economic value.The lower the temperature of cooling water taken by the refrigeration machine in coal mine environment,the better the solution dehumidification regeneration of the system.Considering the actual needs of mine heading face,to ensure that energy is not wasted and energy consumption is saved,the operating power of the refrigerator is turned on to 90%,which can be understood from the experimental data,and the purpose of safe and comfortable work of mine staff can also be achieved.Finally,through numerical simulation,this paper simulates the dehumidification effect of Coal Mine under different air volume conditions,and compares the temperature and humidity fields.Under the condition of air distribution quantity Qk=400 m3/min,the overall dehumidification effect is the best.The average air moisture content in the working area can be reduced to 52%,and the equivalent temperature can reach the cooling level of air cooler,and the relative humidity at the inlet is also the highest.When 60%or less,the humidity distribution in the roadway is beneficial to workers,and the air after dehumidification treatment has significantly improved the original working environment.Through engineering practice,combined with the statistical data parameters of coal mine system test,it is analyzed that the cooling and dehumidification effect of the system is better than that of the traditional local cooling system,which improves the thermal comfort of miners in the working face,reduces energy consumption and solves the actual thermal hazard problem of Coal Mine.
