As the main equipment for rock tunnel excavation,the roadheader relies on the cutting mechanism to achieve rock crushing.As the core component of the cutting mechanism,the cutting head will produce severe vibration when subjected to a large load during the rock breaking process,which will affect the working performance of the roadheader.In order to improve the cutting performance of the roadheader,using the discrete element method-multibody dynamics(DEM-MBD)two-way coupling technology,based on numerical simulation,multi-objective optimization and machine learning methods,the research on the cutting process of the roadheader is carried out as follows:Explain the cutting principle and related theoretical basis of the roadheader,and analyze the physical and mechanical characteristics of the rock;based on the force characteristics of the roadheader's pick,carry out research on the overall force of the cutting head;establish the roadheader yaw motion Mathematical model;Taking the cutting mechanism of a certain type of roadheader as the engineering object,the discrete element model of the rock wall is established in EDEM,the dynamic model of the roadheader is established in Recur Dyn,and the DEM of the roadheader cutting process is established by combining Pro/E,EDEM and Recur Dyn.-MBD two-way coupling simulation model.Based on the DEM-MBD two-way coupling technology,analyze the fracture process of the force chain between rock particles under the action of the cutting head;explore the influence of different working conditions on the load and cutting performance of the cutting head;use Taguchi test method to study rock wall hardness,The influence of yaw speed,rotation speed and vertical swing angle on cutting performance,and obtain the regression equation of cutting head load and cutting performance.A multi-objective optimization model for the cutting performance of the roadheader is constructed,and the NSGA-II algorithm is used to optimize the speed and yaw speed of the roadheader under different rock wall hardness and vertical swing angles.The support vector regression model is used to realize the identification of the rock wall hardness and vertical swing angle of the roadheader.A performance optimization control model of the roadheader based on the identification model is proposed,and the reliability of the model is verified by the AMESim-Simulink co-simulation.There are 49 pictures,16 tables,and 52 references in this paper.
