Parametric design,as a new CAD design method,has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of product design.At the same time,the product form controlled by parameters should be combined with the inherent attributes of the product and the semantic communication of the product shape.In this paper,the impact crusher frame as the research object,based on the product semantics of parametric design research.Counterattack crusher product semantics in the study,by building a counterattack crusher semantic repository counterattack crusher semantic vocabulary,to the perceptual technology as crusher product semantic research method,using semantic differential method and SPSS statistical software of descriptive statistic,factor analysis and principal component analysis function for counterattack crusher representative emotional words.The mapping model of crusher frame main modeling elements and perceptual intention words was built,and the correlation analysis between variables was carried out by using multiple linear regression method to obtain the representative modeling elements of impact crusher frame,and the preliminary scheme image was obtained by visualizing them.The scheme was determined by combining the parameters of crushing cavity obtained with the preliminary scheme images of modeling elements.Using the function of size modification and global variable in Solid Works software,the parametric modeling of standard parts and other parts is carried out and the assembly is completed,and the 3D model of the whole machine is obtained.Finally,ANSYS was used to study the dynamic and static characteristics of the impact crusher frame,and the influence of low order frequency on the frame structure was studied through modal analysis,and the rationality of the strength of the frame model was verified by static analysis.Multi-objective optimization method was adopted to set the component thickness parameters obviously affected by load as independent variables,and the values of frame stress,strain,deformation and mass as target variables.The optimization parameters were finally obtained by minimizing the target variables.This study aims to product semantics and parametric design integration,starting from the product shape semantics to counterattack crusher frame parametric design,integrated frame structure,quality,performance,design research on the factors such as,for later counterattack crusher frame and provide reference for design of the same kind of mining machinery products.The paper has 42 figures,23 tables and 79 references.
