This subject mainly focuses on the extraction of essential oils,physiological activities and application studies of two kinds of economic crops,perilla seed and camphor.The main contents of this research include;Firstly: Use supercritical carbon dioxide to extract perilla seed oil,and optimize the process by response surface methodology to get the best process conditions.Subsequently,the difference in fatty acid composition between perilla seed oil obtained by supercritical extraction and two traditional edible oil extraction processes(pressing method and solvent extraction method),as well as the difference in fatty acid composition,total phenols and perilla seed oil on the market were studied.Comparison of physiological activities such as total flavonoid content,antioxidant activity,antibacterial activity,and thermal stability.The results show that the optimal process conditions are: the extraction pressure is 33.98 MPA,the extraction temperature is 42°C,and the carbon dioxide flow rate is 29.25 L/h.The actual extraction rate under these optimized conditions is 37.69%.The perilla seed oil extracted by the supercritical carbon dioxide method has the highest content of linolenic acid(78.71%)and the strongest antioxidant activity,which has a certain inhibitory effect on the five tested bacteria.The performance of supercritical perilla seed oil in accelerated oxidation experiments is second only to commercially available refined oils,and stronger than pressed oils and solvent-extracted oils.This study proved the nutritional value of perilla seed oil extracted by supercritical method,and provided a certain theoretical basis for the industrial production of perilla seed oil.Secondly: Obtain the essential oil and net oil of camphor fruit by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,steam distillation,ethanol extraction,and petroleum ether extraction;obtain the absolute oil of camphor flower by flash extraction.Subsequently,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze the volatile components and content differences of five kinds of camphor flower and fruit essential oil/absolute oil,and a total of 66 compounds were detected.Through antibacterial,anti-oxidant,sea shrimp lethal test,tyrosinase inhibition test and other comprehensive evaluation of its physiological activities.The results showed that the five kinds of camphor flower and fruit essential oil/absolute oil all possess antioxidant activity and a certain broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.Among them,the essential oil obtained by steam distillation has the strongest antibacterial activity and cytotoxicity among the five essential oils/essential oils,and the pure oil obtained by ethanol extraction showed the strongest antioxidant activity in the three antioxidant experiments.Cinnamomum camphora absolute has medium-strength tyrosinase inhibitory activity and high-strength SPF value(30.06).Finally: Evaluate the antibacterial mechanism of Cinnamomum camphora essential oil extracted by steam distillation against E.coli,S.aureus and A.niger by measuring the extracellular conductivity and SEM scanning electron microscope,and try to apply it to banana preservation and determine different concentrations Microbial growth and spoilage after spraying essential oil on the surface of bananas.The results show that essential oils can destroy the cell structure and cause greater changes in the electrical conductivity outside the cell.1% concentration of essential oils can effectively inhibit the growth of 35.8% of microorganisms on the surface of bananas,and at the same time extend the shelf life of 2 days.It provides a theoretical basis for the effective utilization of camphor resources.
