With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous advancement of science and technology,people are gradually changing from physical labor to mental labor,and the number of office workers is increasing.However,being immersed in high load tasks all day makes them have no time to pay attention to fitness exercise,their physical quality is declining again and again,and many diseases are becoming younger,Sub health has become a very common phenomenon.In order to improve the health status of shoulder,neck and lumbar spine of office workers,this paper uses virtual reality technology and Kinect technology as support.Design and develop an effective fitness product to help office workers to improve their health after sitting for a long time.For office workers,because they keep the same working posture for a long time,neck and shoulder discomfort,back pain and other symptoms often occur.The study found that moderate exercise can alleviate the fatigue and health problems of office workers at work.Firstly,through searching the relevant literature on How Net,this paper analyzes and sorts out the research status and the technologies needed to be used,clarifies the necessity and purpose of the research,and finds the technical support for the research;Secondly,the characteristics of office workers are analyzed to understand the daily behavior habits,health status and common diseases of the target population.At the same time,the traditional home fitness equipment and virtual home fitness equipment are collected and compared to understand the existing problems of home fitness equipment,so as to explore the follow-up design direction;Then,through the interview,questionnaire survey and field research,we conducted in-depth research on the target users and product use environment,found the pain points and demand points of users,and summarized the needs of office workers for fitness products;Finally,according to the preliminary analysis,combined with the design principles of home fitness products,design a home entertainment fitness product based on Kinect technology and virtual reality technology for office workers,in order to reduce the physical burden of long-time work,relieve physical discomfort and pain.
