As one of the high-risk industry enterprises,the frequency of accidents in coal mining enterprises is more prominent than other types of enterprises.The impact of sudden accidents on coal mining enterprises can not be ignored.Its power is small enough to hinder the normal operation of the production system,and large enough to directly paralyze the whole enterprise.The coal mining enterprises with organizational resilience often can effectively deal with emergencies,and then make the coal mining enterprises restore or even surpass the previous orderly production state,so that the organizational performance can be improved.Taking "structure and evaluation-influencing factors-promotion strategy" as the logical main line,taking coal mining enterprises as the research object,combined with field research,accident cases and key event interviews,the paper clarifies the structure of organizational resilience of coal mining enterprises;The paper uses neural network method to comprehensively grade the organizational resilience of coal mining enterprises;This paper uses qualitative analysis method to extract the influencing factors of organizational resilience in coal mining enterprises,and constructs a conceptual model of the influence of each influencing factor on organizational resilience.Through empirical analysis,the relationship between each influencing factor and organizational resilience is verified.Based on this,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of organizational resilience of coal mining enterprises.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The structure of organizational resilience of coal mining enterprises is explored and the grade of organizational resilience of coal mining enterprises is evaluated.On the basis of literature review and key event interview,this paper constructs a theoretical model of organizational resilience.At the same time,the questionnaire of organizational resilience was developed.Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the questionnaire has high reliability and validity,and meets the requirements of psychometrics.The results show that organizational resilience consists of four dimensions: monitoring and prediction,response adjustment,adaptation and recovery,and integration and optimization.Based on this,the evaluation system of organizational resilience is constructed.According to the relevant literature and the actual situation of coal mining enterprises,the evaluation grade of organizational resilience is divided,and the PCA-RBF neural network evaluation method is used to comprehensively grade60 coal mining enterprises.The results are consistent with the expected evaluation level.(2)The influencing factors and paths of organizational resilience in coal mining enterprises are analyzed.Using qualitative analysis method,the influencing factors of organizational resilience are extracted by three-level coding,and the conceptual model of the influence of each influencing factor on organizational resilience is constructed.The empirical results show that external social network relationships,organizational mindfulness,redundant resources,internal social network relationships and organizational learning all have positive effects on organizational resilience.(3)Put forward the promotion strategy of coal mine enterprise organizational resilience.According to the IPO model,this paper constructs the strategy model of organizational resilience promotion,analyzes the ideas of organizational resilience promotion combined with the process of organizational resilience and the influencing factors of organizational resilience,and formulates specific strategies of organizational resilience promotion.In the future,we can explore the relationship between other influencing factors and organizational resilience,explore the influence mechanism of various influencing factors on organizational resilience,and find the mediating and regulating variables between the influencing factors and organizational resilience.
