The oxidation reaction is a very important reaction in chemical and chemical production.Compounds such as alcohols,aldehydes,ketones and carboxylic acids prepared by oxidation reactions constitute most of the intermediates in chemical synthesis.Traditional oxidation processes often use transition metal salts or oxides as oxidants,which will pollute the environment and the reaction conditions are also harsh.Therefore,it is very important to find an environmentally friendly oxidation reaction system.This thesis first puts forward the background of the topic,summarizes the development of N-hydroxyimines in the synthesis,preparation,and production,focuses on the method of N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI)catalytic oxidation,and outlines the use of alcohols as reaction substrates in the catalytic The current status of oxidation and the significance of the selected direction of this topic in production.The main work of this paper uses N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI)/copper oxide(Cu O)catalyst system to catalyze the oxidation of alcohol compounds.Through the detection of active intermediates of NHPI,the possible reaction mechanism of the NHPI/Cu O catalytic system was preliminarily studied.Using long-chain aliphatic primary alcohol isononanol as the substrate,the conditions of temperature,reaction time,solvent,catalyst molar ratio and other conditions are explored and studied to obtain the conditions with the highest reaction activity and efficiency.The optimized conditions were as follows:substrate 10 mmol,NHPI20%mol,Cu O 48%mol,acetonitrile 10 m L,reaction for 12 h,the yield reached 83.72%.On this basis,the general applicability of the substrate was further explored.For secondary aliphatic alcohols and aromatic alcohols,the above-mentioned substrates can be converted well and a higher yield can be obtained.Expand the catalytic system,select NHPI and other metal salts,NHPI-like derivative compound NHS and transition metal or compound synergistic catalysis.The catalytic systems such as NHPI/Cu Pc,NHS/Cu Cl,and NHS/Co Pc(CONH2)4 have been studied.The catalytic system in this paper uses N-hydroxyimine organic catalysts and metal compounds to catalyze synergistically for the catalytic oxidation of alcohol compounds under molecular oxygen conditions.
