Oxidation is an extremely important process in the chemical industry.Oxidation reactions can oxygenate hydrocarbons to produce compounds such as alcohols,aldehydes,ketones,and carboxylic acids.These substances are very important chemical intermediates.In the traditional oxidation process,a large number of chemical oxidants and transition metal salts are often used,which causes serious environmental problems.With the increasing attention to environmental issues,it becomes more urgent to develop an environmentally friendly oxidation processWe proposed a synergistic catalytic system cobalt tetraamide phthalocyanine[CoPc(CONH2)4]combining with N-Hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI)for the oxidation of olefins,alcohols,and benzyl compounds.We have also studied other metal salts,as well as NHPI analogs(NHS).The catalytic systems of NHPI/Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,NHS/Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,NHS/CoPc(CONH2)4 were exploredThis paper first summarizes the background of this topic,the application of metal phthalocyanine in catalytic oxidation reaction,the research progress of N-hydroxyimine organic catalysts,the research on catalytic activation methods of hydrocarbons,the research progress in catalytic oxidation of olefins,the catalytic oxidation reaction of alcohols,the catalytic oxidation reaction of benzyl compounds,the significance of this topic and the main research content.Secondly,CoPc(CONH2)4 was synthesized,and its structure was confirmed by FT-IR,UV-Vis and XRD.Screening of factors affecting the reaction of temperature,time,solvent and molar ratio,the best reaction conditions were obtained:10 mmol of substrate,20%mol of NHPI,8%mol of CoPc(CONH2)4,15 mL of acetonitrile,and 24 h.The substrate was converted and a higher yield was obtainedThird,the NHPI/CoPc(CONH2)4 catalytic system was applied to the oxidation of alcohols and benzyl compounds.The possible reaction mechanism of NHPI/CoPc(CONH2)4 catalyst system was proposedFourth,expand the catalytic system,NHS and other metal salts to explore more effective catalytic systems.The catalytic systems of NHPI/Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,NHS/Fe(NO3)3·9H2O,NHS/CoPc(CONH2)4 were studied.
