After years of treatment,the pollution of surface water bodies in my country has been alleviated,and there are still many water bodies with excessive nitrogen,phosphorus and other nutrients.With the improvement of living standards,people are focusing more on a higher-quality living environment.The pros and cons of landscape water bodies will directly affect people’s mood and quality of life,which is one of the urgent problems in water treatment.Aiming at the problem of excessive pollutants in landscape waters,this research selected immobilized materials with high-efficiency denitrification and phosphorus removal performance,and developed immobilized materials with high activity and strong stability for landscape waters and water bodies with low pollution load.To provide support for ecological restoration,it has important value and urgent needs.The main research conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Four kinds of immobilized microbial materials were used as experimental objects to test the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen.Select the immobilized microbial material with good removal effect and stable structure.The ratio of carrier and bacterial agent is 4.5% polyvinyl alcohol,1% sodium alginate and 6% bacterial agent.The removal rate of chemical oxygen demand,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen is more than 95%,and the stability of the material is good;(2)Three kinds of immobilized carbon source materials were used as experimental objects to test the removal efficiency of water pollutants.Select immobilized carbon source materials that have little impact on water bodies,are stable in materials,and last for a long time.When the addition amount of PHBV is 3%,the material has little impact on the water,and can maintain a long-term and efficient purification ability,and the removal efficiency is more than twice the self-purification ability of the water;(3)The selected two different immobilized materials are added to the landscape water for performance comparison.The removal efficiency and performance of immobilized microbial materials are better than those of immobilized carbon source materials,and the purification effects of a single indicator of some water bodies are similar.
