| Warp-knitted fully-formed garments are knitted by a double-needle-bed warp-knitting machine,a one-piece circular knitted fabric without side seams.It has the advantages of comfortable fit,exquisite pattern,distinct layers,excellent forming,and efficient knitting.Therefore,it is loved by more and more consumers and apparel companies.However,due to the complicated process design of warp-knitted full-formed garments,the size of finished products is unpredictable,the existing product styles are single and the new product development cycle is too long.In order to expand the styles of warp-knitted fully-formed garments and improve the efficiency of research and development of warp-knitted fully-formed products,this project enriches the styles of clothing by designing parts for the warp-knitted fully-formed hoodie,and establishes a size prediction model to estimate the process size of the fabric.Use the Style 3D software to simulate and display the clothing.According to the simulation effect,the pattern data can be corrected in time to realize the digital design of the warp-knitted full-formed hooded top,so that the design is directly connected to the production.In order to achieve the above objectives,this subject has carried out the following research:First,analyze the forming principle of warp-knitted fully formed fabrics,and understand the application of different jacquard organization in actual clothing design.Measure and analyze the size data of various parts of the human body,sort out three models and specifications of large,medium and small,study the setting of the relaxation amount of each part when using medium and high elastic knitted fabrics,it can provide size data for subsequent style design of clothing.Based on comfort,aesthetics,and practicability to design,the warp-knitted fullyformed hooded top is designed in parts,and the overall garment is divided into three parts:sleeves,body,and hats,and design the style and size of each component.Give the points that need attention in the component design of warp-knitted fully-formed garments are put forward.Finally,through the combined application of various components,the specific warp-knitted full-formed hooded top style design is completed,which lays the foundation for the later digital design.Secondly,the design area is divided according to the law of human body heat and moisture distribution,which is mainly divided into four areas: functional area,design area,free area and fixed area.Jacquard organization design is carried out according to the design requirements of each area.Each area is designed with three types of jacquard organization.Knitted these twelve jacquard samples in the same knitting environment,the main raw materials used are nylon high elastic yarn and nylon covered yarn.,recorded the sample size at different stages.Dye the sample after being left for 48 hours,ensure that the number of dark,light,and white samples of each piece of cloth is five.Organize and analyze all size data,to study the factors that affect the size shrinkage of fabrics,to explore the relationship between the horizontal and vertical shrinkage rates of dark and light-colored fabrics and the horizontal and vertical shrinkage rates of white fabrics.Establish size prediction models for fabrics of different colors,determine the final size prediction model through revision,to use the size prediction model to reversely infer the process size settings.Finally,based on the Style 3D software,carry out a three-dimensional modeling of the warp-knitted fully-formed hooded top.Through WKCAD software to simulate the real weaving environment,output simulation bitmap.Use the simulation bitmap of each organization as the fabric texture and import it into Style 3D in the form of normal map,set attribute parameter for fabrics of different organizations.Draw clothing template on the basis of fabric simulation,simulate the real wearing effect.Observe the stress map when the human body is wearing,the deformation effect of clothing,it can check if there are any problems with the version and size before actually putting it into production,adjust and correct in time,it can be directly produced without repeated proofing.Through the above research,the convenient and digital design of the warp-knitted fully formed hooded top can be realized.In the clothing style,through the combination of component design method and size and prediction model,simplify the product design process,the virtual display of the warp-knitted fully-formed hooded top with 3D simulation software can realize the preview of the finished product.Avoid the process of repeated proofing,improve the efficiency of product research and development,and provide an effective way for the rapid development of warp-knitted fully formed products. |
