Research On The Evaluation And Selection Of BGB's Raw Material Suppliers

With the economic development of Europe,America and the Asia-Pacific region,especially China,and the division of labor is becoming more and more specialized and detailed,today's product quality control is no longer just the quality control of the company's product production process.As more and more processes and products are sent to suppliers,the quality control in the supply chain becomes more and more important.Meanwhile,with the continuous improvement of customers' requirements on the cost performance of products,the quality improvement of suppliers becomes more and more important.The competition among enterprises has also rapidly evolved into competition among enterprise groups in the global supply chain.In this context,Chinese manufacturing enterprises need to continuously improve their operating capacity,and the choice of raw material suppliers is a very important link.Starting from the general selection of suppliers,this thesis goes into the selection of raw material suppliers in the baby stroller industry,and establishes the evaluation system of raw material suppliers in the baby stroller industry based on the characteristics,relationship management and basic processes of supplier selection.Considering the fuzziness of the decision maker's subjective evaluation in the supplier evaluation process and the difficulty in quantifying the supplier evaluation index,the combination of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)can make full use of the information of the original data,eliminate the influence of different index dimensions,and effectively solve the ambiguity and uncertainty of the decision-making problem.First of all,the language variables of the evaluation of suppliers by management experts in the stroller manufacturing enterprise – BGB company are converted into intuitive fuzzy sets to determine the weights of experts and evaluation indicators.Secondly,the raw data of quantitative and qualitative indicators collected are normalized to construct the weighted intuitionistic fuzzy matrix of raw material suppliers.Finally,the distance between each evaluation object and the intuitionistic fuzzy sets positive and negative ideal solution and their comprehensive evaluation value are calculated to select the best supplier.Through the analysis of the status quo of BGB company,this study used the comparison of intuitionistic fuzzy sets-TOPSIS model to sort out the classification of BGB suppliers.The existing suppliers adopted the method of last-place elimination and the comparison of intuitionistic fuzzy sets-TOPSIS model to optimize the selection criteria of raw material suppliers.The comparison of supplier performance results proves that the intuitionistic fuzzy sets-TOPSIS model is used to study the effectiveness and stability of supplier selection process optimization,which provides certain theoretical and practical reference for enterprises in the baby stroller industry to evaluate raw material suppliers.
