With the increasing popularity of Internet and rapidly developing e-commerce model,more and more people focus on the visual and social contents of marketing,so that kinds of Short video platforms such as Tik Tok,Little Red Book and We Chat video appear in the market,which are of greater concern than Taobao and Jingdong.Especially during the epidemic in 2020,visual and social e-commerce as a main force quickly attracts the public's attention,whose market scale suddenly rises,which promotes the development of the new network marketing.G cervical pillow of NC company is only sold by the traditional e-commerce channel,whose sales is decreasing for these two years.Under the internet circumstances,it has to be innovated,transformed and upgraded,review and optimize the network marketing strategies.This paper is for setting network marketing strategies and making profit for G cervical pillow of NC company by using data studies,questionnaire method,depth interview,qualitative and quantitative analysis and observational method.First of all,it briefly introduces the circumstances of network marketing,company background,G cervical pillow's information,the industry status and it's competitors,identifying the problems of falling sales,lack of brand influence,and low efficiency.And then,it uses depth interview and questionnaire method to work out that the main reasons for the marketing problems are lack of marketing channel and brand promotion,incorrect marketing positioning,decreased customer loyalty,etc.Finally,it takes STP and 4P theories to reset new marketing strategies for G cervical pillow,which are as follows:1.Optimize market segmentation and product positioning,and strengthen product differentiation management and product life-cycle management;2.Establish online and offline marketing ways and develop EDM,SEM and social e-commerce platforms.3.Establish internet promotional strategies,such as event marketing,article marketing,self brand marketing,word-of-mouth marketing,etc.;4.Improve the operation of the system to support network marketing,especially the organization and human resource.The above are the research process and research result of this paper.Due to a long time writing,this paper is behind the emerging markets and developing company,there is a certain limitation.Combining actual condition can create a greater value for G cervical pillow.
