Laser cutting technology currently occupies an important position in the cutting processing industry due to its advantages such as high accuracy,fast efficiency,good cutting surface quality,and strong adaptability,and has a good development prospect in the domestic and foreign markets.In laser cutting,it includes the laser heat input process,heat conduction and heat convection process,the solidification and melting process of the iron phase,and the process of blowing off the molten material.In order to provide a good surface for the incision,this thesis mainly analyzes the influence of off-axis on the temperature field and air flow field in the laser cutting process.In the past laser cutting,the auxiliary gas axis and laser beam axis are coaxial,which ensures the same cutting quality of the workpiece in each cutting direction.However,studies have found that when the auxiliary gas and the laser beam axis are in a certain off-axis(ie different axis)state,the cutting quality and efficiency can be effectively improved.The previous research is based on the steady-state gas dynamics simulation of laser cutting process.In order to clarify the influence of off-axis amount on the dynamic characteristics of melt,heat affected zone and gas in laser cutting process,a phase interface follow-up Gaussian heat source is proposed to simulate the perforation and cutting process.The previous research was based on the steady-state gas dynamics simulation of laser cutting process.In order to clarify the influence of the off-axis amount on the dynamic characteristics of the melt,heat-affected zone and gas in the laser cutting process,the paper proposes that phase interface follow-up Gaussian heat source to simulate the perforation and cutting process.During the perforation process: Under a certain amount of off-axis,the dynamic performance of the gas on the keyhole will be changed,and the accumulation of molten matter at the bottom of the keyhole during the perforation process will be reduced,which can effectively improve the cutting quality and efficiency in the laser cutting process.In the experiment of laser perforation,it was found that a certain amount of off-axis can shorten the perforation time and reduce the scope of the heat-affected zone at the bottom,which is consistent with the simulation results.
