Lead sulfide(Pb S)is direct band gap material with cubic crystal phase.Lead sulfide has shown particular promise for electronics and optoelectronics applications due to its extensive band gap tunability and earth-abundant availability.In this paper,lead nanowires were successfully manufactured by simple solvothermal method,and the lead nanowires were used to manufacture lead sulfide nanowires.The Au/lead sulfide nanowire/Au device was fabricated by photolithography and coating,and its electrical properties was tested.The main results are as follows:1.We successfully manufactured lead nanowires with good dispersion and uniform size.The lead sulfide nanowires have good linearity,which grown by secondary solvothermal.2.The Au/lead sulfide nanowire/Au device based on a single lead sulfide nanowire was manufactured.The results showed that there is an ohmic contact between the lead sulfide nanowire and the Au electrodes.3.We tested the electrical properties of lead sulfide nanowire devices.The Pb S nanowire device had realized the transition from high resistance state to low resistance state,showing good memristor performance.The memristor performance increased with the increase of scanning voltage and decreased with the increase of light intensity.
