The high temperature and humidity environment in the mine seriously threatens the physical and mental health of the underground workers,leading to the reduction of work efficiency,and even the safety production accidents.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the thermal comfort of human body in deep thermal mine.At present,there are many researches on the thermal environment and comfort evaluation on the ground,and a relatively perfect system has been formed.However,there are still many deficiencies in the research on the thermal comfort of human body in the underground high temperature and humidity environment.This paper analyzes the main sources of heat and moisture load in deep hot mining face and the reasons that affect the thermal comfort of workers underground,discusses the biological mechanism of human body temperature regulation system and temperature sensing system,analyzes and compares the thermal feeling and thermal comfort of human body,and on this basis,introduces three evaluation indexes of human thermal comfort environmental index,psychological index and safety index.Based on the characteristics of high temperature and high humidity in deep hot mine and high labor intensity of workers,the human body heat balance equation is modified from the aspects of clothing area coefficient,skin temperature and sweat evaporation heat dissipation,and the human body heat balance model of high temperature and high humidity environment in deep thermal mine is established.Based on the analysis of the existing thermal comfort evaluation indexes and their shortcomings on the underground,the human thermal comfort index UPMV(underground predicted mean)which is suitable for evaluating underground environmental characteristics is proposed.The thermal comfort equation with the characteristics of deep thermal mine environment is constructed;the thermal comfort evaluation software system of deep thermal mine is developed by using VB programming,and the thermal environment of the mining roadway of Shoushan No.1mine and Pingdingshan No.4 coal mine and Jinchuan No.2 gold mine of different operation points is evaluated by using the software system,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the field test results;Finally,combined with the thermal comfort evaluation software,the influencing factors of UPMV are analyzed.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of thermal comfort of underground human body and scientific and reasonable arrangement of underground production,which is of great significance for scientific and reasonable arrangement of working time,improvement of thermal comfort of underground operators and guarantee of safe production of enterprises.In this paper,a total of 19 figures,27 tables,59 references.
