In recent years,with the development of gas suction technology,gas explosion accidents have been controlled obviously,but the direct discharge of large quantities of gas not only directly caused serious air pollution,but also seriously wasted precious clean energy.Scientists at home and abroad have made great achievements in gas power generation technology,which is of great significance for global energy conservation and emission reduction and the realization of green development.This thesis mainly aims at the pumping and discharging sewage pump station in the gas reservoir area of no.3 large air shaft of No.1 coal mine of Huangling Mining Group,and designs the use of low-concentration gas and the existing power resources in the reservoir area to save water and generate electricity.The same is that the product is designed for low concentration of organic gas(5%-20%)can be independently used as an internal combustion engine to generate electricity.Using gas water mist sampling test detection technology transfer and super fine water mist content detection technology,based on the huangling mining group,high and low concentration gas greenhouse gas research background data analysis and the basis of key equipment selection,hardware design based on the process control industry experts of high and low concentrations of the greenhouse gas comprehensive utilization of solution,The basic software structure diagram based on low concentration GHG gas generation system and the hardware structure diagram based on very low and high concentration GHG gas generation system are given respectively.For wood mixed coal gas generator system in the function of the two types can be mixed fuel on the combustion characteristics of multistage compound rules of experts control software was designed,using multiple child experts to call the module function mix rules control to establish an expert composite control library,host subroutine call respectively two subroutines can complete the whole compound control expert rules,DCS used the system software to realize the system control function.In this thesis,the design requirements of gas generator set,500GF1-3RW low concentration gas generator set,unit commissioning and operation,10 KV power station grid connection scheme and other aspects have been studied in detail,and the power generation grid connection has been successful,which can provide certain technical reference and experience reference for the implementation of gas power generation in other coal mines.
