Tunneling is a prerequisite for safe mining and directly affects the economic benefits of coal mines.However,at present,most mines have problems with continuous mining and excavation,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of coal.Based on the engineering background of the 4209 transport lane in Jianxin coal mine,combined with the technical characteristics of the rapid driving unit used in the 4209 working face of Jianxin coal mine,the method of combining theoretical calculations,numerical calculations and field tests is used to support the rapid excavation and support technology of the 4209 working face.Process research,the main research results of this article are as follows:(1)The geological occurrence conditions of the 4209 working face transport roadway are studied,and the geological factors that may affect the rapid excavation and the factors affecting the stability of the surrounding rock of the rapid excavation unit are analyzed.The larger the rectangular roadway section,the abnormally violent formation of rock pressure is more likely to be caused.Deformation and destruction make it more difficult to control the surrounding rock of the roadway.(2)The technical characteristics of the fast-driving unit are studied.The fastdriving unit can provide timely support for the exposed surrounding rock of the roadway,and the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled,but it has certain requirements for the geological conditions.Using theoretical analysis and numerical calculation,a reasonable support plan was determined.Combining with the characteristics of the rapid excavation unit,a step-by-step support technology of bolt and cable is proposed.Through numerical simulation analysis,it is determined that the reasonable lag distance range of the bolt transfer machine is 10m?20m.(3)Conduct on-site industrial tests at the 4209 working face of Jianxin Coal Mine,and observe that the surface deformation of the surrounding rock during the roadway excavation has little change and is within a controllable range;the deformation of the surrounding rocks of the two banks is not large,and the plastic zone is only in the shallow surrounding rock of the roadway.At the same time,the force of the anchor rod cable is normal,which verifies the rationality of the roadway support scheme.There are 43 figures,7 tables and 73 references in this thesis.
