With the exploitation of coal resources,the surface coal resources are being exhausted,strengthening the deep coal pillar becomes more and more difficult.The support access point is used to enhance the surrounding rock of the gallery so that it can have greater bearing capacity,as well as the anchorage of the surrounding rock to work together to maintain stability of the gallery through an intelligent active defense,ensuring safe and efficient production of the mine.It is difficult to support the mining roadway of pan Er coal mine in 18224,and the deformation problem is solved by studying the test parameters of comprehensive fuzzy clustering analysis of road geomechanics,and classifying the methods of stability and rope.At the same time,the effect of support is evaluated by theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and field measurement.This paper involves the following studies:(1)Basic street sedimentary parameters were obtained by physical and mechanical testing and analysis of sedimentary rocks on the working surface of 18224,by measurement and analysis,by measurement and analysis of soil tension,and by bottom-hole fixation tests.(2)By analyzing the classification of the selected indexes,the stability of the influencing factors of the tunnel,and the right side method of the fuzzy logic control sample of the tool MATLAB,the aggregation center value of the grouping and classification indexes was obtained.At the end of 18224,the classification of the coal mine roadway and the 4-way category were the stability of the fourth category.(3)Through the study of the failure mechanism of a gallery and the classification scheme of supporting ships,combined with the stability of surrounding rocks with low gradient and the skewed destination of the gallery with railings in our country and the actual situation of the site,it was finally determined that the destination of roof gallery support in 18224 was" bolt+anchor cable+metal mesh+metal steel belt";The two sides are "bolt+metal mesh+steel belt";The lower corner is supported by "inclined bolt",and the initial supporting parameters of the chicken are calculated by theoretical analysis.(4)According to the idea of the control variable method,by supporting the numerical simulation of changing a parameter,the characteristics of anchor length with different diameters,deformation of different anchor tunnels with different rows and obvious influence of mine pressure were studied.Combined with geological analysis,the best support system was finally obtained.(5)The characteristics of surrounding rock pressure(variable area distribution,migration change and stress distribution)can be obtained by mathematical simulation analysis of the best defense scheme.And the measured surface displacement and displacement field of the deep gallery gallery in drilling and return,the government attacked the takeoff and force of the anchorage,analysis and conclusion of the gallery coal field on the basis of effective work.So far,this project supports access points to the gallery of coal validity,numerical simulation experiments and theory in the field of engineering practice,and is also a good reference for projects supporting the coal front in the gallery paner mine.Figure[55]table[21]reference[93]...
