Under the condition of low-speed heavy load or high-speed heavy load,the bearing bush in the sliding bearing is locked due to the high temperature generated at the moment of large load in the friction process.To solve this problem,the surface micro texture method is used to systematically study the hydrodynamic lubrication of traditional Babbitt alloy thrust bearing.Regular patterns are prepared on the surface to improve the surface tribological properties and improve and optimize the working properties of Babbitt alloy tile.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Based on the fluid lubrication theory,the friction lubrication model of V-groove surface texture is established and analyzed theoretically.The results show that the angle of V-groove is inversely proportional to the average dimensionless pressure,that is,when the angle of V-groove increases,the variation trend of average dimensionless pressure decreases.The width and side length of the V-shaped groove are directly proportional to the average dimensionless pressure,that is,when the width and side length of the V-shaped groove increase,the average dimensionless pressure tends to increase.The optimal groove depth is directly proportional to the side length,that is,when the side length increases,the optimal groove depth also increases.(2)The process scheme and parameter optimization of laser preparation of surface micro texture were carried out.Explore the relevant process parameters affecting the morphology and quality of micro grooves on the sample surface: pulse frequency,average output power,defocus,scanning speed and scanning times.The results show that the scanning speed has no significant effect on the width of micro groove,but has a significant effect on the depth.The scanning speed is inversely proportional to the micro groove depth,that is,when the scanning speed increases,the change trend of micro groove depth decreases.The pulse frequency is inversely proportional to the micro groove width,that is,when the pulse frequency increases,the micro groove width decreases.The scanning times are not related to the micro groove width,but directly proportional to the depth,that is,the scanning times have little effect on the micro groove width and significant effect on the depth.When the scanning times increase,the micro groove depth increases.(3)Experimental study on Tribological Properties of micro textured V-grooves prepared by laser.Taking Babbitt alloy as an example,the relevant process parameters affecting the texture and friction coefficient of V-groove on the sample surface are explored: the angle,side length and spacing of V-groove.The results show that the V-groove texture can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the surface.The groove angle and side length are inversely proportional to the friction coefficient,that is,the friction coefficient decreases when the groove angle and side length increase.
