Bearing strengthening grinding process is a new type of bearing ring surface processing technology,since the development of bearing strengthening grinding machine has been studied by several researchers.Found in the existing research,reinforcement of grinding the bearing surface of the channel will be covered with a large number of irregular pits of micron grade,guess the pits can be used as "oil capsule" have the effect of storage of lubricating oil when the bearing is running so as to provide better lubricating effect.At the same time in recent years,along with more and more people to the study of surface texture,found in surface machining of micro pit could have the effect of reducing friction,so it is also proved the point to a certain extent.This paper is based on this conjecture,and further studies are carried out by comparing experimental verification hypothesis.First is by changing the composition of abrasive machining with micro pit the two sets of samples,considering the effect on the performance of friction surface hardness,processing of multiple samples in each group and selection of measuring hardness value the most close to the friction and wear experimental results of two groups of samples,the results of surface,the surface has the sample of the micro pit its friction coefficient is about 16%~19% less than the surface of micro pit samples,proved that the improved grinding machining of micro pit can improve workpiece surface tribology properties.Then is by controlling the single variable experimental exploration of grinding parameters and the relationship between micro pit pattern,previously set to use the method of micro pit in the characterization,the micro pit area accounted for more than A lambda and micro indentation depth average,results showed that the injection pressure,injection time and grinding steel ball quality accounts for more than three processing parameters,injection pressure,injection time and certain proportional relationship to the pit area,and the quality of steel ball and the pit area is an inverse relationship,injection pressure and indentation depth werepositively other than relation,while the other two processing parameters has no obvious relation with indentation depth.Finally through three different test parameters of four different machining parameters under the condition of the samples after the boundary lubrication friction and wear under the condition of experiment,to explore the improved grinding process and the effect of the low friction bearing ring,the relationship between the surface only on the surface of the ring work out plenty of micro pit,the processed workpiece will only show the obvious effect of antifriction;In a certain range,more micropits can provide better anti-friction performance to the workpiece.In load and rotating speed is 100 N,800 r/min,100 N,1600 r/min,200 N,800 r/min test conditions,the processing effect of two sample compared to the reduction of friction coefficient of 0 samples were 25%,29%,31%,33%,17%,21%,indicating that when the loading load is certain,the surface microtexture can bring more obvious effect to the workpiece than the low speed and higher rotation speed.When the rotating speed is certain,the surface microtexture can bring more obvious effect to the workpiece than the heavy load and under low loading condition.
