In the Internet era,online shopping has become the mainstream shopping form,and consumer demand is developing in a trend of individualization and specialization.In the process of exploring new online retail models,clothing brand retail stores began to turn to the development of virtual fitting technology,which not only successfully brought user traffic enthusiasm for clothing brand owners,but also brought online one-click trials to online consumers.With the convenience of clothing,it can be said that virtual fittings will be promising in the online market in the future.However,the development of virtual fittings at this stage has been in a weak state for a while.Research has found that the main reason lies in the fact that excessive emphasis on virtual fitting technology upgrades and ignoring the improvement of terminal experience service levels have led to an imbalance in the development of the platform,resulting in the promotion of virtual fitting effects and actuality.The phenomenon that the service experience is very different has hindered the further development of the virtual fitting platform.In order to grasp the current situation of the online virtual fitting terminal experience service,from the perspective of user perception,use crawler technology to crawl the online reviews of users on the mainstream virtual fitting platform currently on the market,through user hotspots,emotional tendency analysis and LDA theme modeling Established a virtual fitting platform service quality evaluation index system with 7 dimensions of system security,system design,fitting function,response speed,content information,service quality,and interactive quality as the first-level indicators,and 25 second-level indicators as a whole.Among them,system security includes four secondary indicators of platform security,user privacy,information security,and safety precaution;system design includes three secondary indicators of interface simplicity,interface friendliness,and development value;fitting function Contains four secondary indicators of functional integrity,functional extensibility,navigation clarity,and functional conformity;response speed includes three secondary indicators of response timeliness,operational sensitivity,and fitting relevance;content information includes content diversity,Four secondary indicators of content value,content system,and content effectiveness;service quality includes three secondary indicators of service initiative,service integration,and service characteristics;interaction quality includes interaction friendliness,interaction fluency,and ease of interaction There are four secondary indicators of usability and interactive effectiveness.Use the self-established virtual fitting platform service quality evaluation index system to conduct empirical research on the current mainstream and representative five virtual fitting platform service quality status,and compare these five platforms horizontally to analyze the core advantages of each platform And the shortcomings,really realize the promotion of construction and use by evaluation.The results found that:existing virtual fitting platforms generally have fitting functions,low degree of compliance with popular demand,low operational sensitivity,lag in style updates,low degree of sharing of purchased services,limited audience groups on the platform,poor virtual simulation effects,insufficient service quality,etc.Question: Among the five specific evaluation platforms,the Haozhabox virtual fitting platform has the highest service quality satisfaction,which is mainly reflected in the three aspects of system security,system design,and service quality.The service is the most complete.
