Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of Safety Management Consulting Project

In recent years the level of work safety of China is generally stable, but the accident rate remains high, work safety still have long way to go. In the process of transformation of government functions and the streamlining of the organization, the safety consulting organizations as the third party have made a great contribution to the work safety in China. High level, professional safety management consulting services have become an important means to assist the government & enterprises to improve the safety management level. At present, with the continuous development of economy, the demand for safety management consulting is also growing rapidly, because of the market competition, more safety consulting organizations focus on the quality of safety management consulting service. Therefore, to discuss how to evaluate the service quality of the consulting project, which is of great significance to improve the professional level of the safety consulting organizations and the quality of the safety management consulting.Firstly, this paper discusses the domestic and international safety management consulting and service quality evaluation research overview, introduces the safety management consulting and service quality related theory. Secondly, through the use of literature review, field research and expert consultation, combined with the influence factors of safety management consulting project service quality, based on the principles of establishing the evaluation index system, the establishment of the evaluation index system consists of 3 first level indexes and 20 secondary indicators. Finally, G1 method is selected as the index weighting method, and the weight of evaluation index is designed. Through the comparative analysis of commonly used comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation model of service quality of safety management consulting project based on G1-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established.According to the evaluation index system, the questionnaire of quality of service for the WSS consulting project of Beijing was designed, applying the G1 method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the service quality of WSS consulting project of Beijing, it is concluded that the service quality score of WSS consulting project of Beijing is 3.82, which is in the middle level. Then analyzing the reasons for the lower scores, and put forward the suggestions for the safety consulting organizations and service objects. The reliability and practicability of the model is verified through empirical research, it has practical significance and reference value to improve the quality of safety management consulting projects and guide the work safety, and also can provide the basis for the decision-making of government and enterprises.
