| Optimizing enterprise employee relationship management has strong practical guiding significance for large enterprises and single industry.Taking y aluminum company,the only all aluminum industry chain management platform company in Guangxi,as the research object and taking the enterprise strategic transformation as the starting point,this paper studies the existing problems and Optimization Countermeasures of its employee relationship management.The effect of employee relationship management on enterprise development depends on the degree of adaptation between it and organizational strategy,that is,only when the two achieve vertical adaptation,employee relationship management will have a positive impact on enterprise development.Mills snow model describes the different demands of defensive strategy,exploratory strategy and analytical strategy on human resource management,which has important enlightening significance for the research of employee relationship management under the background of strategic transformation.Based on the application of mills snow model,on the basis of combing the research situation and relevant theories of employee relationship management at home and abroad,this paper first expounds the transformation of Y aluminum company from defensive strategy to analytical strategy,and points out the problems existing in the matching degree between employee relationship management and enterprise strategy,Then it analyzes the impact of its organizational structure adjustment on employee relationship management.Then,using the methods of satisfaction interview and questionnaire,further explore and analyze the main problems,and systematically and deeply sort out the problems of employee relationship management in Y aluminum company.Finally,according to the causes of the problem,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of employee relationship management suitable for y aluminum company by using social exchange theory,psychological contract theory and social situation theory. |
