The belt conveyor is one of the important equipment for mine transportation.When the underground coal mining face of the coal mining face transports coal down the slope,the conveyor belt conveyor is generally adopted.With the continuous improvement of China's coal production,the belt conveyors under the large volume and large dip angle are increasing.The stability and reliability of the operation of the electronic control system of the belt conveyor has become an important guarantee for safe operation.The key to the safe operation of the electronic control system is to solve the problems of not slipping,heavy load and smooth parking when heavy load starts.Secondly,the demand for intelligent and automated coal mining also puts higher requirements on the electronic control system.This paper applies PLC electrical control technology and mine frequency soft start technology to improve the safety technical performance and automation level of the lower belt conveyor,and achieve the purpose of ensuring the safety and centralized control of the lower belt conveyor.Aiming at the problems of electric control and function imperfection in field application of electric control system of belt conveyor in No.13 coal downward conveyor in Dongsan Mining Area of Liuzhuang Coal Mine,Xinji Company of China Coal Mine,this paper carries out improvement and optimization design.The main circuit of electric control system,PLC control circuit,frequency converter main circuit and control circuit,disc brake control circuit and belt protection detection circuit are designed for coal mine safety production.The original Siemens CPU226 and EM235 modules were upgraded to Siemens CPU313-2DP and EM321 modules and EM331 modules.The control software of PLC was redesigned.The control function and operation requirements of downward belt conveyor were realized by controlling four-quadrant frequency converter drive system and disc brake system and communicating with integrated protection system of belt conveyor.The working status of downward belt conveyor was displayed in real time.State information,fault information and so on,and can realize remote control and display operation conditions of downward belt conveyor.The problems encountered in the installation,debugging and on-load operation of the electric control system of downward belt conveyor are solved,including the upgrading of the PLC controller of the electronic control system,how to use the logical relationship between the PLC controller and the frequency converter drive and the disc brake to solve the problem of smooth parking and non-slipping during heavy-load starting of downward belt conveyor.The logical relationship among PLC controller,frequency converter,disc brake and belt comprehensive protection of downward belt conveyor is determined.Therefore,the research of this subject has great theoretical and practical significance for the safe and centralized operation of downward belt conveyor in coal mine.Finally,the application function of the electronic control system designed in this paper is tested.Including power-on,no-load and on-load test of frequency converter;fault protection test of frequency converter;heavy-load parking and start-up test of belt conveyor;belt protection function test;one-key start-up and remote operation centralized control test of electronic control system.The results show that the electronic control system can automatically detect the insulation of main circuit of motor,main circuit of frequency converter and control circuit,disc brake system and belt protection before starting the downward belt conveyor.Only after normal testing can the downward belt conveyor start up,which provides a reliable technical guarantee for the safe operation of downward belt conveyor.The LCD screen of downloading belt conveyor's electric control system can fully display the status9.information and fault information of downloading belt conveyor,which provides a good help for the fault treatment of downloading belt conveyor's electric control system.Therefore,the electronic control system has good engineering application prospects,and has guidance and reference significance for further improving the automation level of the electric control system of downward belt conveyor in coal mine.Figure [33] Table [6] Reference [40]...
