In this thesis,a high-power mine frequency converter with a power of 1000 kW/1140 V is designed based on a high-power mine frequency converter designed and developed by an enterprise.The frequency converter is a two-quadrant frequency converter,and the ABB ACS800 core control board is used,and the motor is controlled by using the DTC direct torque control mode,and the frequency converter has accurate torque control and rapid torque response.The market demand and related technology of the domestic low-voltage mine frequency converter are analyzed,and several other kinds of motor-starting speed-regulating equipment are compared,and it is proved that the mine frequency converter is the most cost-effective motor control and speed-regulating equipment.Then,the development course,control idea and basic principle of DTC direct torque control algorithm are introduced in this thesis.For the rectifier diode,IGBT and other key devices used in the main circuit of frequency converter,the parameter calculation method is studied,and the design and selection of the main circuit device is completed according to the field use environment of mine frequency converter and the requirements of related standards.In this thesis,the electrical design of frequency converter is divided into the electrical design of frequency converter core and the electrical design of auxiliary control circuit.In the electrical design part of the movement,DC bus voltage acquisition and signal processing,photoelectric conversion of PWM signal and output current sampling are carried out through optical fiber transfer board.Through the analysis and research of IGBT drive circuit,the IGBT drive circuit is selected,and its working principle and main performance parameters are explained.Through the research on the field control demand of mine frequency converter,the auxiliary control circuit is designed,including the man-machine interface of frequency converter,the control and protection circuit of main motor heat dissipation fan.Frequency converter water-cooled radiator monitoring circuit.A large amount of loss will occur in the operation of a high power power electronic device.In this thesis,the calculation method of the frequency converter rectifier diode and the IGBT is studied,and the loss of the power device in this thesis is also calculated.The design of the water-cooled radiator of the frequency converter is completed by using the water-cooling heat-dissipating method and thearrangement and structure of the frequency converter after the heat-pipe heat dissipation and the water-cooling heat dissipation commonly used for the mine frequency converter are compared.Finally,this thesis explains the test requirements and test methods of the electrical routine test needed by the prototype of the mine frequency converter,and enumerates the relevant test data of the routine test of the frequency converter in this thesis.It is proved that the electrical properties of the inverter in this thesis meet the requirements of the relevant national standards.
