Outer edge flanging is a common plastic deformation process in the sheet metal processing process.The use of CNC incremental forming technology can quickly process flanging workpieces of the required size.The research on the forming law in the process of gradual forming of outer edge flanging has important guiding significance for promoting the use of this process in actual production.In this thesis,based on the DYNAFORM finite element analysis software,a 1060 aluminum numerical control incremental forming outer edge flanging model is constructed.Through a combination of numerical simulation and physical experiment research methods,the process of incremental forming outer edge flanging of metal sheets of different diameters and thicknesses is explored.The law of forming in.The influence of process parameters such as t0ol head diameter,processing path,axial feed rate and feed speed on the forming result is discussed,the wall thickness distribution of different sizes of flanging workpieces after forming is analyzed,and the three characteristics of wall thickness distribution are summarized.Variation trends:linear thickening,curve thickening and central thinning.At the same time,the critical flanging diameter under different sizes is set as the judgment basis for single-pass forming.For the blank size that does not meet the single-pass forming conditions,the forming pass should be increased and the forming path should be optimized.The flanging height of single-pass incremental forming was studied,and the revised flanging height calculation formula was obtained.The critical flanging diameter and flanging height were studied parametrically,and the critical flanging diameter and flanging height fitting formula under different sizes were sorted out.Designed and optimized the forming path of two-pass incremental forming of outer edge flanging.It is determined that in the two-pass processing,the deformation of the first pass should be greater than the deformation of the second pass.Research has shown that the circular arc straight path has a good effect on the wall thickness state of the metal sheet after two-pass forming..Within a certain range,the use of two-pass circular arc linear forming paths can form metal sheets with larger blank diameters,effectively avoiding wall thickness reduction and wrinkling in the single-pass forming process,and expands the gradual progress.The forming range of forming outer edge flanging.At the same time,the critical flanging diameter and flanging height calculation formulas of different sizes of metal sheets in the two-pass processing process are obtained,which provides data support for the parameterization of incremental forming outer edge flanging.
