Textile industry and its subsidiary industries account for more than 3% of the domestic economy,which is one of the support industries in China.As an important auxiliary equipment in yarn production line,the automatic bobbin sorting machine could sort the target bobbins efficiently and reduce the cost of human resources,which is of great significance to the development of the textile industry.Focus on the high reliability automatic bobbin sorting machine,this paper conducts theoretical and experimental research on residual yarn detection algorithm,elimination of bobbins with yarn,bobbin regulation,HMI and cutting stock control.The reliability of automatic bobbin sorting machine is improved through the high accuracy residual yarn detection algorithm and novel yarn bobbin elimination device.The main research and innovation contributions of the dissertation can be summarized as follows:A novel step-by-step residual yarn detection algorithm based on random Hough transform and BP neural network is proposed,the test bench is built to verify the algorithm.The bobbins with the ratio of the maximum diameter of residual yarn to the diameter of the big end of bobbins more than 1.64 could be eliminated by the analysis of contour characteristics of the bobbins,the remaining bobbins are partitioned,the characteristic values in HSV color space of each region are extracted and imported into neural network for yarn residue detection.The test shows that the detection accuracy of neural network is up to 99.7%,which meets the requirements of industrial application.The control system and HMI of automatic bobbin sorting machine are designed to realize the real-time elimination of bobbin,on-line color discrimination and real-time monitoring of the running state of automatic bobbin sorting machine,the cutting stock control algorithm is designed by analyzing the cutting stock rhythm of bobbin.The test shows that the response speed of the system meets the requirements of production beat,the color discrimination accuracy of bobbins more than 99.9%,the cutting stock control algorithm satisfies the processing speed of 1 second per bobbin.The automatic bobbin sorting machine is divided into feeding module,yarn bobbin elimination module,color discrimination module and cutting stock module,the design of the whole machine is completed according to the layout of the factory.The regulation of bobbin is realized by designing bending guide and controlling bobbin cutting position.
