As a traditional pillar industry in China,textile industry occupies a large proportion in the national economy and it is one of the important economic industries.The color sorting and direction smoothing of the bobbin is an important part of the yarn production line.The realization of efficient and accurate automatic management can not only reduce the labor cost of the enterprise,but also improve the production efficiency.In addition,it has important significance to improve the degree of automation industry.Based on the actual needs,this paper aims at the development of an efficient and stable automatic bobbin sorting machine,and conducts in-depth research on the key technologies of mechanical structure,control system and image processing to solve the problems existing in the current management machine.In this paper,aiming at the problem of yarn winding other bobbins,innovative design of drum eliminating mechanism and priority of eliminating large residual yarn with bobbins can effectively solve the problem of yarn winding other bobbins with bobbins and improve the reliability of automatic feeding equipment.In view of the problem of barrel feeding,a barrel-type automatic feeding device is selected to improve the design of feeding belt to realize single feeding of barrel tubes.Studying the problem of tube reversing and improving the existing reversing mechanism,simplifying the mechanical structure,omitting the tube reversing device to reduce the cost of equipment.On this basis can improve the mechanical structure design of the photo module,blanking module and bottom transport module,and the mechanical structure design of the whole machine is completed.According to the color characteristics of the tube returned from the winder,an image processing system is built considering the experimental results of illumination comprehensively.The color histogram of the tube is extracted based on L*a*b* color space,and the mean value of each color component in the space is selected as the feature parameter to simplify the process of yarn recognition.Chi-Square comparison measurement standard is used to perform color histogram matching to improve the accuracy of color classification of bobbin.On this basis,the image validity judgment algorithm is improved for the black belt bobbin,and the yarn recognition algorithm is improved for the light-colored bobbin tube to further improve the universality and accuracy of the color classification algorithm.According to the recognition experiment of empty bobbin with similar color and with yarn,the result shows that the image processing system can recognize bobbin and yarn in real time.Based on PLC design the control system of the automatic management machine and the hardware system of the equipment control part,further combs the action flow of the automatic management machine,and completes the software system and human-computer interaction interface design.On this basis,a variety of measures are taken to enhance the anti-jamming ability of the whole control system from the perspective of hardware and software.
