The human-machine interface of the intelligent spinning workshop monitoring system is the representation of intelligent and digital information,which could effectively improve the human-machine interaction.It is an important part of the intelligent manufacturing of the spinning industry.This paper studies human-computer interface in a large intelligent spinning workshop,theoretically and experimentally focusing on the layout,color,text and card interactive element design in the interface.Finally,a human-computer interface of the intelligent spinning workshop monitoring system is reasonably designed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Based on the analysis of the information content and function framework of the spinning workshop interface prototype,the interface information structure of the monitoring system in the intelligent spinning workshop is reconstructed.At the same time,various fault information display modes in intelligent spinning workshop monitoring system are discussed emphatically and the card interactive element is chosen as the fault information display mode.The design style and arrangement of the card interactive elements are evaluated and analyzed by eye movement physiological experiments on 1920px*1080px screen.The results show that the size and spacing of the card interactive elements have a significant influence on the efficiency of humancomputer interaction,while the shape factor does not affect the efficiency of humancomputer interaction significantly.Finally,the optimal size,shape and spacing of the card control are obtained.The relevant theoretical knowledge of human-computer interface which contains fonts,colors and other design points are applied.Combined with the experimental research conclusions,several sets of intelligent spinning workshop monitoring system interface schemes are designed.NASA-TLX workload scale questionnaire is introduced to evaluate and analyze different intelligent spinning workshop monitoring system interface schemes.The results show that compared with other layout schemes,the “left T” layout scheme has higher usability which means it could make users obtain information more effectively,which has a wide range of possible application.
