The deepwater hydraulic power torque tool is widely used in offshore oil exploitation,transportation and production as a kind of ROV external twist tool.Its function is to open and close the valve of subsea oil pipeline.At present,the domestic research on class Class1?Class4 torque tool is in its initial stage,and the research on Class6 torque tool has not been carried out.Although foreign technology is relatively mature,but because of the current international situation,the West to China's implementation of a variety of technology blockade.In view of this phenomenon,this paper studies a Class6 hydraulic torque tool.The main contents of this paper are as follows:By understanding the research status at home and abroad and referring to relevant technical literature,the preliminary research work of ROV external rotary and torsion tools was completed.According to the working environment,design requirements and design indicators,put forward the mechanical structure,hydraulic system,control system research content,complete the overall scheme design.According to the subsea valve interface standard,using Solidworks software,complete the torque tool mechanical structure design and 3D modeling.Through the torsional stress analysis and simulation of hollow circular shaft,the wall thickness and strength of the front interface are checked.Complete the innovative design of locking mechanism.According to the design index,complete the transmission mechanism design and parts selection.According to the transmission and simulation of torque,the rationality of the coupling is verified.By predicting the critical buckling pressure and simulating the buckling mode of the cylindrical shell,the strength and stability of the tool shell are verified.According to the structure of the seal,complete the seal design and compression rate verification.Through mechanical analysis and simulation,the optimization of grasping structure is completed.Complete the bolt strength check at each joint of the shell.According to the mechanical resonance hazard,the frequency modal simulation analysis is completed.According to the hydraulic system schematic diagram,complete the component selection,underwater layout and energy saving method design.Task reliability model and mathematical model are established to predict the reliability of the system,and the reliability verification of the design scheme is completed.By means of failure mode,influence and hazard analysis method,all failure modes of each component in the system are found out,the weak links and key components of the system are determined,and some suggestions for prevention and improvement are put forward.The reliability of the system is improved by means of derating design and environment resistant design.AMEsim is used to establish the hydraulic system model and set the system parameters to complete the simulation.Put forward the overall control system scheme,complete the design of hardware control system.Using Lab VIEW program development environment,complete the design of software control system.The class Class6 deep water hydraulic power torque tool studied in this paper,the highest torque can reach 20000 N·m,can be used in the depth of 1500 m underwater,is of great significance for the construction of deep-sea oil pipeline in China.In a real sense,it has realized the goal of domestic independent research and laid a foundation for the subsequent research.
