As the coupling degree of different energy sources becomes higher and higher,it is difficult to meet the operation demand of multi-energy system by independent planning of electric power,natural gas and heat system alone,and multi-energy system will rely on an energy center that closely links them together.At the same time,the phenomenon of insufficient utilization of waste heat resources in natural gas storage due to its large total energy consumption has aroused concern.Therefore,in the planning and construction of gas storage energy system,it is necessary to effectively incorporate waste heat resources and other kinds of energy into its comprehensive energy system planning,so as to achieve the purpose of improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing energy consumption.The following studies are carried out in this paper:(1)The production process and energy consumption characteristics of natural gas storage are analyzed.It is found that a large amount of waste heat generated in the process of natural gas compression is not only not utilized,but also increases the energy consumption of cooling.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of different waste heat utilization technologies and their application scope,combined with the working medium and temperature of the waste heat of the gas storage,the organic Rankine cycle of exhaust steam recovery was decided as the waste heat utilization means,and based on this,the integrated energy system model of the gas storage was established.(2)considering system of investment and operation cost of the optimal objective function is constructed,with energy supply and demand balance,the capacity of equipment,energy storage and energy conversion equipment operation constraints,such as constraint conditions,using the particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm and can solver to find the optimal parameters,put forward the integrated energy system capacity configuration of bilevel programming method.Through the analysis of the simulation example,the comprehensive energy system considering waste heat utilization can effectively improve the comprehensive energy efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and make the comprehensive energy system of the gas storage more economic and environmental protection...
