There are tens of thousands of measuring points in the strength measuring point identification of large components.The matching between measuring points and channel test instruments is a very prominent problem.How to effectively establish the connection between the measuring point and the channel,effectively eliminate the manual inspection in the field wiring process,eliminate the wrong connection between the line and the line,the line and the measuring point,directly affects the development of the later strength test work.Based on the analysis of the application scene,this paper uses the sensor to calibrate the position of the measuring point on the line,and proposes a non-invasive strength measuring point recognition system based on radio frequency identification technology.The system consists of intelligent terminal sensor,multi-channel long-line signal transmission,signal analysis and processing system.In the current application scenario,the vertical winding coupling structure is designed for the combination of radio frequency sensors and identification lines to effectively reduce the volume and improve the antenna efficiency.Different from the conventional radio frequency identification system coupling mode and the problem of weak signal and noise interference caused by long line transmission,the lock-in amplification principle is used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and detection sensitivity.Then,aiming at the problem of resonance point offset caused by different line temperature and length environment,the adaptive processing technology is studied to make the line always in a resonant state and greatly improve the energy transmission efficiency.Finally,according to the requirements of the design of hardware circuit and software system,a set of embedded chip as the main controller,multi-antenna time division multiplexing,adaptive resonance matching signal detection module is designed.According to the hardware development of embedded software system,the framework of serial communication command to control the operation of each circuit is defined.The feedback algorithm based on frequency capture function is designed to automatically process the card reading process,and the algorithm is designed to optimize the success rate of reading according to the principle of probability theory.Through the field test,the system can solve the development protocol solution to deal with tens of thousands of strength measuring point identification problem,meet the label weight is less than 5g,the sensor winding coupling coil is reduced to 3 turns,can read the RFID tag data of strength measuring point on 10-200 m strength measuring point line,the recognition accuracy is higher than 98 %.It provides a new application direction for radio frequency identification technology and realizes the target of strength measurement point identification for large components.
