With the development of mining industry in china,the output of coal mines continues to increase and is gradually advancing to the depths.Factors such as aging supporting layers,high-load operation and poor surrounding rock conditions have greatly threatened the stability of the deep shaft.With shortcomings such as poor pertinence,short timeliness,and unstable effects,research on new repair technologies is very important for deep shaft engineering.Based on the engineering background of the central air shaft of Qujiang Coal Mine,combined with geological prospecting and design data,this paper proposes for the first time the combined repair technology of grouting bolts,anchor-grouting wall seats and anti-corrosion spray coatings,and compares and analyzes numerical calculations and field monitoring data.,Study the damage mechanism and repair effect of the wellbore under the action of bias voltage of adjacent packing system and fluid-solid coupling.And the specific construction plan was discussed and analyzed.The study found:(1)The stability of the wellbore lining is calculated under the two conditions of complete support and partial failure.The results show that the wellbore can achieve a relatively good supporting effect when the original lining is complete,but at an elevation of-29.7m After the damage occurs to-27.2m,the supporting effect will be lost in this area and the remaining lining on the upper part will have a larger displacement,and the pulling effect of the lining layer on the shaft wall will be strengthened;(2)The filling system adjacent to the air shaft is equivalent to an equivalent stress of0.7MPa in size and a vertical downward direction.The bias caused by this results in uneven force in the horizontal direction of the wellbore,and aggravates the upper part of the wellbore.Deformation(3)This paper proposes a combined repair method of grouting bolts,anchor-grouting wall seats and anticorrosive spray coatings to repair the area 50 m below the wellhead of the ventilation shaft,and has a significant repair effect.The calculated maximum horizontal displacement after repair is determined by 44.70 cm was reduced to 1.30 mm,the calculated maximum vertical displacement was reduced from 9.80 cm to 0.12 mm,and the maximum displacement convergence value after repair was 2.59 mm.The combined repair method of grouting bolt,anchor-grouting wall seat and anticorrosive spray coating is a new type of repair method,which can provide a valuable reference for the treatment of deep shaft damage.
