| Based on the key techniques of the construction of water-rich strata in Carboniferous Permian in Tang coal mine,Inner Mongolia,the paper studies the grouting water plugging,shaft lining optimization and mechanical tunneling technology.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the quasi continuous medium model and the comprehensive permeability coefficient of rock,the diffusion radius and grouting quantity of rock strata under different permeability coefficient and grouting pressure are calculated and analyzed,and the corresponding calculation formulae are fitted respectively to guide the grouting design.(2)According to the numerical calculation and grouting design,the working face grouting to the Tang auxiliary well 472.6m,injecting 1401.15 tons of cement,through the face and wall after grouting,the secondary shaft water inflow from the 25.6m3/h to5m3/h.(3)based on the theory of fluid-solid coupling,the optimized design of the shaft lining structure of the Tang-rich water grouting section is carried out,which adopts700 mm thick C40 concrete supporting structure,which can guarantee the safety requirements during construction and operation.(4)The use of rock splitting machine with the broken head of excavators,artificial b87 c pneumatic picks rock excavation construction and excavation mixed operation,speed up the rock breaking speed,reduce the labor intensity,shorten the excavation time,improve the completion speed,thus forming a complete set of rapid excavation technology of the rock-free mine shaft without explosive.The above results provide some theoretical basis for the key technology of Wellbore crossing the rich water stratum. |
