Nowadays,there are more and more vehicle communication antennas.The aesthetics and concealment of antennas put forward new requirements for vehicle communication antennas.Among them,the optically transparent antenna integrated on the vehicle transparent glass has become a hot topic.However,the research on optically transparent communication antenna on vehicle is still in the exploratory stage,and there is still a lot of basic research works to be carried out.The light transmittance of the existing transparent antenna limits the selection of materials and the design of antenna form,resulting in the problems of low radiation efficiency,narrow frequency bandwidth and difficulty in conformal with the carrier platform.Therefore,aiming at typical vehicle communication application scenarios such as Bluetooth positioning,UWB positioning and vehicle networking,three transparent antenna structures based on tin oxide film(ITO)are proposed,including:1.Aiming at the application scenario of Bluetooth positioning,the antenna form of planar printed monopole antenna is adopted to study the miniaturization of transparent antenna based on meander technology.In order to improve the radiation efficiency of the antenna,the effects of different conductive film materials and antenna topology on the radiation efficiency are studied.The simulated and measured results show that the radiation efficiency of the antenna in the whole resonant frequency band(2.34 ? 2.84ghz)is 27% ? 38%,which is better than that of most existing transparent antennas.2.Aiming at the application scenario of UWB positioning,the form of annular ground plane slot antenna is adopted to realize the broadband characteristics of the antenna,and the overall radiation efficiency of the antenna is improved through natural structure and feeding mode.Furthermore,the influence of glass with different thickness on the performance of the antenna is studied to evaluate the effect of the carrier.The simulated and measured results show that the radiation efficiency of the antenna in the resonant frequency band(6 ? 10GHz)reaches 26% ? 43%.3.According to the typical application scenarios of the internet of vehicles,a butterfly antenna is designed based on the dipole deformation structure.The antenna is easy to process and conformal,and can be well conformal on the transparent window glass.The working frequency of the antenna is 5 ? 7GHz,which fully covers the vehicle short-range communication frequency band(5.905 ? 5.925Ghz),and can well realize the interconnection between vehicles.The measurements show that the radiation efficiency of the antenna in the whole frequency band is 20% ? 35%.Based on the above three vehicle transparent antennas,in addition to the optimization of electromagnetic structure and the design of feeding mode,this paper also discusses the design requirements and methods of transparent antenna with electrical loss characteristics,and analyzes the influence of different transparent conductive film materials and shapes on the radiation efficiency of transparent antenna.These studies provide basic theoretical and technical support for the development of optically transparent antenna for vehicle communication,and have good technical application prospects.
