Home Care Bath Product Service Design For Disabled Elderly

As the aging of the population in my country continues to intensify,the aging of the elderly and the continuous increase in the disability rate have brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the development of the home care service system.How to provide healthy and reasonable care for the disabled elderly at home Service has become a problem that needs urgent attention and solution.Through literature research and field investigation,it is found that my country's home care service model is not perfect.Community and institutional care staff and equipment resources are scarce.Family members who have not received professional nursing training have to take on the task of caring for the disabled elderly at home,especially Bathing services with high demand for disabled elderly,low level of self-care,and difficult nursing care.Because it is difficult for family members to transport disabled elderly people,many elderly people can only scrub their bodies all year round.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of life of disabled elderly people,this research is dedicated to designing bath products that do not need to move disabled elderly people and are convenient for family members or nursing staff to use.Use literature research methods,induction methods,user portraits,user journey maps and other service design methods to summarize the pain points of the disabled elderly in the home bathing process,and combine the KJ-AHP method to complete the sorting and grading of needs.Relying on the existing technology,propose a home bathing product service system for the disabled elderly based on the multi-party linkage of bathing products,home care,service platforms,medical systems,etc.,complete the product design that assists the disabled elderly in the home environment to bathe and the health care APP design used by their families,To meet the bathing needs of the disabled elderly and provide nursing guidance for the family members,and improve the scientificity and rationality of family care.In this study,a home care bath product service system for disabled elderly people was constructed.The two-in-one bath bed design for bathing and rest allows the elderly to take a bath without transferring,saving family space,and the bath water purification cycle function of the bath bed can reduce the amount of input.Disturbance caused by drainage problems;the i Healthy health care APP used by family members can provide personalized nursing guidance,complete the inspection before and after bathing for disabled elderly and control the function of the bath bed.The combination of products and APPs in the design of bathing products and services has jointly created a closed loop of bathing services for the disabled,optimizing the experience of family members and the elderly in the service process,facilitating family members to take care of the disabled elderly in bathing,and improving the level of skin cleansing of the disabled elderly,And reduce the care pressure of family members,it has important reference value for realizing the home care of disabled elderly and promoting the development of elderly care.
