The Yellow River Basin is rich in mineral resources.It is an important energy industrial base in my country and a key area for coordinated economic and social development.The mining industry plays a key role in the economic development of the Yellow River Basin.The main emission source of environmental pollutants in the Yellow River Basin.In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the mining industry must transform to green and low-carbon to achieve high-quality development.Green total factor productivity is a key indicator to measure high-quality economic development.Experts at home and abroad have conducted a large number of calculations or prediction studies on green total factor productivity or its growth rate of countries,industries,industries,and energy-rich areas,so as to reflect innovation.However,the existing research has certain differences in calculation results due to the calculation range of energy consumption types in input variables,the scientific measurement of ecological environmental pollution damage in undesired outputs,and the selection of model methods.And there are few studies on the green total factor productivity of the regional mining industry.Therefore,this paper uses the super-efficiency SBM model and GML index to measure and decompose the GTFP of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin,and use the Tobit model to analyze the impact of the GTFP of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin.Finally,combined with the above analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin are put forward.The main work and research conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the super-efficiency SBM model to calculate the green economic efficiency and traditional economic efficiency of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin from2010 to 2019,it is concluded that the coordination and sustainability between the efficient development of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin and green production are poor;By analyzing the green economic efficiency of the sub-sectors of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin,it is concluded that the economic development efficiency of the coal mining and washing industry is better;the resource environment and economic development of the non-metallic mineral mining and dressing industry are still at an immature stage.(2)Using the GML index to measure the change of GTFP of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin,first analyze the change trend of the overall GTFP of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin,and then make further analysis from a regional perspective and an industry perspective.It is concluded that the GTFP of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin shows an overall growth trend,and the specific growth value varies according to different regions.The GTFP growth rate of the upstream mining industry is the highest,followed by the middle reaches,and the downstream is the lowest;except for coal mining and washing,mining industry All other industries showed growth in GTFP during 2010-2019.(3)Decompose the changes of GTFP in the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin.It is concluded that technological progress is the source of the improvement of GTFP in the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin,and scale efficiency is the main reason for the reduction of technical efficiency,which has a great retardation effect on GTFP.(4)Based on the 2010-2019 GTFP calculation of the mining industry in the Yellow River Basin,the Tobit model was used to analyze the Yellow River Basin from the six dimensions of industry scale,environmental regulation,opening to the outside world,R?D investment,government participation and urbanization rate.Factors influencing GTFP in the mining industry.It is concluded that: for the upstream region,opening to the outside world,R?D investment,and urbanization rate can significantly promote the GTFP level of the mining industry;for the midstream region,opening to the outside world,government participation,and urbanization rate can promote the GTFP of the mining industry;for the downstream region Regionally,urbanization rates can boost mining GTFP.In this article,through the research of the mining industry in the Yellow River GTFP and its influencing factors,and enrich the research contents of GTFP,and provide ideas for the research on mining in the Yellow River is high quality development,finally combining with the research conclusion,puts forward policy proposals to boost the growth of the Yellow River basin mining GTFP,differential policies for relevant government departments to provide the reference.
